I wanted to buy my grandson a mattress and sofa for his new apartment. I NEVER bought anything because the store was DIRTY. And the only employee there was NOT willing to help me.

My fiance and I ordered a sectional from Mark. He said it would be delivered on Saturday. We waited ALL day and he finally called at 5 pm saying there was a mix-up and that he'd have it to us Monday monring. We waited all Monday morning...no couch and a call at noon with a new "mix-up". We wait Tuesday morning...no couch, another excuse. Finally, Wednesday morning Mark calls from down the street in his truck. He couldn't find our apartment. I gave him clearer directions. When he got on the phone with my fiance, he began screaming and cursing...she asked him why he seemed to be blaming her for the problem and drove away yelling and swearing at her. Swearing at the customer. Swearing at a woman. He ignored my phone calls for an hour and when my fiance finally did get through, he told her to "get a life" and that we would not be getting our sectional. In all, we: * Sat and waited for 15 total hours for delivery * Were cursed at and yelled at * NEVER GOT THE PRODUCT Embarrassingly bad customer service...even if we had gotten what we'd paid for!

Never ever ever ever ever buy something from this store! It was by far the worst experience I've ever had buying anything. My mattress wore out after 8 months and it was impossible to get them to do anything about. It took more than a month for them to replace it, and when I got it back, it wasn't much better. They will treat you like dirt here. Please don't make the mistake of buying anything

Like the other review said, very good prices but REALLY bad service. My order was delayed and I was told it would be in by the following week. It did not come in, I was told again to wait till the end of the week. I called again and nothing. Mark screens his calls. 818.915.9500 is his cell number and he will not pick up unless if you call from a blocked number if he does not want to talk to you. I finally get a call back letting me know my furniture was in. I was expecting him to curb side drop off the furniture at 10am on Saturday. Waited till 12 and didn't hear from him. Tried calling him multiple times and no answer. Finally called with a blocked number at 1 and he says "the delivery guy (aka TOM) did not come in today". I never got a call telling me this until I finally got in touch with him. I got my bed on Sunday and of course it was curb side drop off but due to the rediculously bad customer service, I never even got assistance to bring the furniture up the stairs. I had no family or friends around to help since I brought everyone over the day before as scheduled to help out. You are better off paying a little more (go to Korea Town, they all have the same catalog stuff). DO NOT BUY FROM MARK OR TOM
