Do not buy from this store. They are very dishonest and lack customer service. They only way they possibly stay in business is by stealing! Obvious from customer reviews all of their locations are the same. They just want your money, lie to get the sale and then rip you off! Awful company! Buyer beware!

This is really a fraud store. My dining table chairs cracked in 40 days and when I called them their Manager told me it cracked because I sat on them and refused to even repair them. Worst ever customer service. Once the item is sold they are out. Be aware ands stay away.

I've probably purchased at least $9000 dollars worth of furniure here in the last 4 years. I have been to every furniture store in Atlanta. This is what you get here.... You get mostly Ashley Furniture pieces. The store is a dump. The sales people dont care But here's the kicker..they will let you SHOP and leave you alone!! This cannot be said about the dump or Underpriced. When I see something I want to purchase I'll find a salesperson and they'll ring me up and swip my credit card. I don't need anything more than that. If you're buying furniture they'll treat you great. IF you're not they'll leave you alone so you're not wasting their time or your own. Delivery has always been on time and never a scratch. If you want someone to fondle you or tell you how sickening you are for making such great furniture decisions by all means this is not the place to go but if all you want to do is shop and buy nice stuff this is the place!

I bought a bed room set here. The quality is very very poor. They came and assembled it but the bed is not stable. Tried to resolve it with their customer service but seems they don't care. Will definetly report to BBB.

Purchased an item and set up delivery date. Never showed up, never called. I called them the next day and they promised it again. Same thing, never showed up, never called. Called to cancel and they need me to come to their store and cancel in person. Do not go here!

This place is absolutely off the scale when it comes to customer service. I tried twice to buy items listed on their website, and twice when I went to pick up the furniture, I was told that it was discontinued... mind you, this is after I had already paid and taken the time to drive all the way over to the store to pick the item up. They did refund my money, at least. When I decided this time around to call the store to share my concern that the practice of selling discontinued furniture was not great for the customer, I was spoken to very rudely by the store manager. He called me a "dumb***" and told me that I had probably never bought furniture in my life and probably ate of the floor. He also told me that I was harrassing them and that he "did not give a da** about a $200.00 table that I wanted to purchase" and that "one $200.00 table meant nothing to a store that makes thousands of dollars". (my dinette set was actually an overpriced $350.00 plus dollars). I would strongly encourage people to take heed of this review... let your friends and their friends know that this is how managers handle customers at this store.

I went to buy a desk from here....I finally found the one I wanted after months of looking. I told the guy that I wanted to get it. When I went to check out, the price went from $129.00 to $199.99. I told him the sign says 129.00, and he said do you want it or not? I did for $129, he said someone must of changed things around and NOW its $199.00. There were ONLY 2 desk their!!!! AND BOTH had 129.00 tags on them.... PLEASE EXPLAIN THAT FURNITURE MALL!!!!

I ordered wine rack and foyer console table with mirror on the phone on 11/08. I picked up wine rack on 11/09 and console on 11/10 in Duluth location. This Saturday 11/13, i opened the boxes. I found console table was broken and wine rack missed 1pcs knob. I called the store. The manager Paul told me they were not responsible because it already passed 48hours, which was written in the invoice. Paul quickly claimed that it was damaged when I took to my house. The furniture was made in China. It was a long way to reach in their store, but my house is only 10 minutes away from their store. Why did he never think it was damaged before reaching in my house. When i ordered on the phone, nobody ever told me the store policy. After spending almost $900.00, I ending up with broken console table and missing knob. Be aware of their store policy. It is obvious no basic warranty from them. You are buying at your own risk. Stay away from robber.

I have bought three bedroom sets and a dining room table from these folks without trouble. The furniture is not top-priced, and you know what you are buying. That being said, I have been very pleased with them.

The Furniture Mall has great service and products. They're prices are the lowest all around especially for group pricings. The consumer has to very cautious when buying in that places like rooms to go offer sets but a set of 3 pieces includes headboard, footboard, and rails. They offer great pricings on groups to save you money all around. Also, I got my furniture delivered the very next day. The have a huge showroom filled with stocked items. They're great!!!

I want to give them negative star rating. This is the worst and totally unprofessional place to shop. I had bought a dining marble table for 2k on a Sales person recommendation that this piece is unbreakable.I had told these guys to make sure that when the furniture gets delivered - to triple check it's not broken. Guess what; the so called unbreakble "marble" table was to damn brittle, it had cracks in 6 places. I asked them to take it back right away to which the delivery guys insisted that they didn't have a place to take it back. So they came in next day to pick it up and now the owner wants to charge me for Delivery. For what??? For making false promises about a crappy product. I will see him in court. So my advise to all people not to shop here - all liars and unprofessional

They have a huge showroom with a lot of selection. Their prices are very affordable too, much less than similar pieces that I've seen at Rooms to Go or other furniture chains. There is not a lot of very contemporary or trendy furniture but the quality of the furniture is much better IKEA.

"At The Furniture Mall, the customer's satisfaction is our first priority."-www.the-furniture-mall.com. Upon walking into the Duluth store, I asked the salesperson if they sold California King bedroom suites. He assured me that they did and brought me to one. We loved it and purchased it the same day. Numerous times we asked for assurance that this was a California King not a regular King size bed. The answer was a resounding "Yes" everytime. We had it delivered and set up and it promptly DID NOT FIT our mattress, because in fact, the bed brought to us was a King, not a CA King. We called our salesperson and he had the audacity to claim that "maybe you don't actually have a CA King mattress" and that "you got what you paid for". He transferred the phone to another salesperson who said, "Well, it's yours now" when my husband requested they come and pick up the furniture because we wanted a refund. We asked where on the paperwork did it say CA King, and to show it to us. "I don't really feel like doing that," said the salesman. Finally, I called another branch and they told me the Managers name and he was put on the phone and offered a prompt refund with no hassles. Upon being asked about his rude salespeople, he said, "Don't worry about them, I'll take care of you." Please do not buy from this store and read their small print about purchases and returns. There is no excuse for this kind of rudeness to customers and they will never get another cent of my money!
