Looking to be deceived? Frustrated? Have your family put in danger? Then look no further! By shopping with GeForce you get the privlege of spending your hard earned money on underqualified technicians for service that is lacking. But that's not all, if you act soon on the Lifetime Quality membership you'll get these same great features, a refrigerator magnet and a discount that brings you absolutely nothing. I paid GeForce have a hot water heater installed. Within 3 weeks it was leaking gas. When bringing the issue to their attention they blamed the chimney. Chimney experts validated it was the heater (that GeForce installed). GeForce is now charging me for a fix for a problem that they caused. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

G-Force Plumbing came out to fix several problems, some that were longstanding and some that were new but all that were somehow interconnected. They arrived early (!) and were professional but friendly. They asked us to explain and show them the problems, and then they said they would take it from there. They worked for over an hour, and they showed me what they were doing at each step. When they had finished, they tested and retested each joint or pipe that they had fixed or installed to confirm none were leaking, and when they found one that was, albeit slightly, they worked on that one further until every part of a rather large problem was fixed to perfection. The price was much, much less than I expected. I think we all have had so many bad experiences with so many contractors that it comes almost as a shock to find one that is timely, hard-working, ethical, and so reasonably priced. (They also cleaned everywhere they had worked; I thought I was a good cleaner, but I am nothing compared to them.) I have always feared plumbing problems because of the cost associated with them, but I'm not carrying that fear with me any longer, thanks to G-Force.

Mike 2 "Big Country" and Thomas came out due to a low water pressure issue. My shower two levels up wasn't as strong as I wanted and he was able to take care of it for me. He was very courteous, professional and what I really liked - educational. I'm not a plumber, but to hear a more basic explanation of the issue and how to resolve it was definitely appreciated. Great job guys and I'll definitely call on you next time!

Had a water leak in shower and thought I might have to get the shower valve replaced. Mike's team came out and told me exactly what was needed (no valve replacement needed just a new knob) and installed it in no time. He even tightened up a loose handle on our toilet at no extra charge. The numerous positive reviews are valid - very impressed and will go to G Force in the future for any plumbing needs.

Mike-2 "Big Country" did an excellent job. He warned me of the possibility of pipes breaking and told me of the difficulty of repair in an old house. He was able to get the old faucets off without the worst-case happening and put the new ones on. Success without pain. Good job. Oh yes - my fault - I gave the office the wrong phone number and they tried to call me. I was home and he came without the office call being successful. He was "on-time" and very professional.

My hot water had become brown and so I flushed the water heater repeatedly. It seemed obvious that I needed a new one, so I called Joe at G Force. He walked me through all my options and gave me a flat fee - no hidden costs once the guys got on site. He was able to send Mike Jones and John out with a new water heater the next day. Mike and John showed up early, got everything installed with a smile (even though the new water heater was taller, requiring some repiping), and finished up quick. I would highly recommend G Force!

I was a committed G-Force customer (three projects) until their last visit. The lack of craftsmanship by a new team member resulted in extensive damage to our newly finished hardwood floors and damage to new cabinetry. Emails sent to management went unaddressed. It is very unfortunate but I feel the company has out grown its capabilities and lost touch with its loyal patrons.

Having 2 rental properties, I have been through a slew of plumbers. G-Force was hands down the best I have ever called. Compared to one of Atlanta's "Elite" Plumbing services, who had been on this same job earlier that week, G-Force was more professional, honest, responsive, fair, and capable. I highly recommend!!!

I highly recommend G Force Plumbing for any job--small or large! When Jeremy, the owner of G Force Plumbing, answered my "cry for help", I was so impressed by his ability to take control of the situation. First, it started with a huge Dekalb County water bill--more than $700.00 for two months in 2012. Jeremy checked everything--the toilets, sinks, outdoor water faucets, the basement and the entire yard. He found no leaks. He then wrote a letter stating such--that I faxed to Dekalb County. My next bill? Under $200.00 for two months. Jeremy then came to install an outdoor water hydrant--that allowed me to cut my Dekalb County water bill in thirds. Love, love what he did with the hydrant and how easy it is to use this to water my gardens and fill our pool. He gave me the lowest bid and did the work in just a few days. Jeremy also installed a new hot water heater recently when my 10-year + heater stopped working. His prices are fabulous--his work is equally good. The water heater gives me no problems now--and Jeremy stands by his work. Last week, I had an issue with my disposal. Jeremy stopped by that evening and had it working in 15 minutes. Do you know any plumber who would do this? I trust Jeremy and G Force Plumbing! They have proven to me that there work is by far the best around--and their prices are too! Dr. Deb Bruce

We recently called Jeremy for emergency service and he responded right away and fixed the problem very quickly. He also explained everything and even put up with my 8-year-old asking him questions all along the way. This was for indoor plumbing, but we have also used G Force to repair our sprinkler system, with equally excellent results. G Force is also very economical--best prices I have heard, which is amazing for such top tier service.

They were there in 30 minutes, charged me much less than was quoted by other companies, and MADE SURE I WAS HAPPY. They care about the customer. If you get the same guys that I got they will be very handsome :)

I recently used G-Force plumbing to replace a rusted out cast iron drain under my kitchen sink that was leaking a stinky mess into my crawlspace. Jeremy, the owner, responded to my call right away and had the problem fixed within a day. He came recommended to me through neighbors who had used G-Force and were very happy, as well. I would recommend the company to anyone with plumbing issues.

I was referred to them by Richard Ramires at Honey Do...Home Services (who was very helpful). I talked to Jeremy in the late afternoon about fixing my sump pump (non-emergency). He sent out 2 guys (Joe and John) the very next morning. They were on time and friendly. They explained everything they did. They took time to talk about plumbing issues unrelated to the problem. They did a complete plumbing survey that was included in the cost. They were honest and didn't try to upsell any services. They stayed to make sure the sump pump worked after they fixed it. My wife says that they were professional and as a woman, home alone, she felt comfortable and safe with them.
