I started using Gene & Jerry in 1997 when I bought a new CR-V & they have taken great care of it. I trust their work and feel the cost of labor is quite fair. I bought a new Mazda this year and gave the Honda to my mom. I'm sure they will continue to help her keep it running for another 15 years, at least!

I have been taking my 2005 Accord to them since it was new. 100k miles, still runs like a top (which is why you buy a Honda). They are the very best in service, quality, everything. Professional, great staff.

I have taken all of my Honda vehicles to Gene and Jerry's for the last seven years. They are very reasonably priced compared to a lot of other mechanics and they will give you a price quote over the phone. They also send their customers discounts through the mail. I recommend everyone I know with a Honda or Acura to take their car to Gene and Jerry.

it's unusual that an auto repair shop will work on only one make of car...honda. but it's great when you own a honda. i had my timing belt replaced and brought my own parts. no fuss from them, they quoted me the price for service and that's what i paid. they did it quickly and no problems.

When I first bought my hybrid, I was afraid to take it to anyone but the dealership. At 30K miles, I decided it was time to try and find a better deal. I think I saved around $50-$100 on the service with Gene and Jerry, and they were very friendly.

Professional and fast. They called me beforehand about everything that needed to be done to my car, and gave me honest service and very fair prices.

My wife and I had a very interesting situation where her engagement ring fell down the defrost vents. After trying to take apart the dash myself, I knew I had to turn the job over to professionals. I was very concerned that I'd take it to a shop who may recover the ring, but tell me otherwise. After reading the reviews here, I decided to take it to Hond-A-Motive. They called us the moment they found the ring - settling both of our minds at rest. It was a very labor intensive job, which we got very fair pricing for. I'm going back for all of my future Honda service needs.

I have used these guys for over 15 years. I sent my teen aged daughter there with major engine problems. I was not involved, she was taken care of promptly, professionally and was not ripped off. I have referred all of my family and friends to them. I have never gotten a negative feedback from anyone. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HOND-A-MOTIVE

I used Hond-A-Motive with my last car in the late 90s, but when I bought a new Accord, I was taking it to the dealer for regular service. Why did I torture myself with higher prices and uncaring service representatives? The guys at Hond-A-Motive do what they say they'll do and charge what they say they'll charge. I'll never pay the dealer to do my maintenance or non-warranty repairs again! Hond-A-Motive's excellent service hasn't changed in the 8 years that I've used them.

This is a great repair shop. Several people at my office take their Hondas there and they don't charge you if they find your issue is under warranty or something that you can fix better elsewhere.

Hondamotive was recommended to me a long time ago and I started taking my old Honda there for service. They always performed fast service with accurate estimates. They have even helped me diagnose a problem that I was able to fix myself. Great service everytime I have had to deal with them!
