I did not like much just went yesterday. for a pap, everything went very quickly, the doctor walked in a hurry. watch me when I finish I said if I had any questions or anything! I had to ask everything which she has to explain all of which she didn't . I was prescribed a medicine which they told me already it will be ready at the pharmacy. they were going to call, I trust and leaving there I went to my pharmacy that I always go. and asked them if it's my medicine which looked and I was told that they haven't call, they check their voice mails but they told me that they haven't call! so i left the pharmacy. When i left the pharmacy i call the office to claim them because they did not call what the nurse told me I had to wait an hour and a half. thereby she apologize for what happened. till now I don't have my medication to which I now have to go, because i'm not going to wait for them to call the pharmays ! I do not know why they don't give the recipe in the office insted of calling! They are very unprofecionals! I DON'T recommend them for anything!!

Yuck! This office is close to my home and against my better judgement and decided to take a chance & go here for my prenatal care a few months ago. Boy was that a terrible decision. Im far from a uppity type of person, I give people a chance. But I was so upset that I chose this practice, uggghh! From sign in to sign out...the entire process felt out of my element. Im not one to bash in detail...but take it from a honest person. Dont go here. I left and choose a much more professional OB/GYN. Pregnancy is a time where not only me, but I want my baby to have the best care. In my opinion you wont get it here. dont believe me? go see for yourself.

I just came back from my appointment earlier, and it went horrible!!! I got there early, they made me pee in a cup, checked my weight & blood pressure, asked me questions as to why I was there for my visit. The nurse acted like I was stupid, because I had a lot of information to give her. I ended up having to wait for over an hour, then when I finally got to see the doctor (which I haven't seen her but only twice now!), she rushed me and was VERY unprofessional!! She acted like she could care less about her patient and she was snitty, rude and not very helpful at all!! I will most definitely NEVER be going back there! It was an unpleasant atmosphere and a waste of money and time!! I have severe female problems, I was looking forward to this appointment so I could get down to the root of my problems, but I believe I will just have to find a better doctor!! WARNING: DON'T GO TO THIS DOCTOR if you are looking for a serious doctor!!

I just moved to Georgia and am 18 weeks pregnant. When I first got to the office it was nasty and very unprofessional. The receptionist was unorganized and had lost my records that were sent from my old doctor. They immediately wanted me to get naked and have invasive procedures when I had already had those 2 months prior and all the records stating everything was normal! I refused any medical care from them and left the office! It was absolutely horrible!!!!

Very unattractive office, dirty unkempt nurses, dirty rooms you can't even imagine the amount of dust on the blinds. There was no comfort or formal getting to know the staff. It was pee get naked someone will be in in a minute. I questioned them for what reason did I need to get undressed. The woman was shocked I should question her. Yeah we as woman need to know who and what is about to do to our bodies. I would never go back. Moreover, I would recommend if your reading this to think again. You get what you pay for and it isn't Burger King we don't need fast service.

They may be okay for general GYN services but I would not recommend you choose these people (or the Decatur location) if you are pregnant. You will NEVER see a doctor. You will see everyone except the doctor. The nurse, the office staff, the ultrasound tech, etc. I'm five months pregnant and have been promised on at least three occasions that on my next appointment I would be able to see the doctor. To me pregnancy is important and you should be able to meet and get to know the person who will deliver your baby. If that's important to you don't go to these people.
