well I called up and spoke with Donna she is great. I was taking my daughter on her first cruise and was a little nervous so I decided to call them up she answered all my questions. Even when I called asking a thousand question she was wonderful and got me an upgrade into a better cabin at no extra charge. You know sometimes you have to pay a little extra for good customer service I will continue to book all my cruises through them.

The owner was a real jerk to us. He complained about me asking questions and taking up too much of his time to my traveling companion. They put 3 of us in a very tiny cabin for two. There was no bed for my teenage son. They complained because we asked them if they wanted to match an internet price that they were NOT making enough money. They said they had light bills and rent to pay. If they felt that way they should have just said forget it - we don't match internet prices. We booked thru them twice. The lst time they gave us a beach bag and some magnets advertising their name. The 2nd cruise when we had them match the internet price they put NO GIFTS on our paperwork to make sure we didn't get any of their little freebies. I guess they were punishing us because they didn't feel we paid enough. Oh, well! My last cruise I booked online thru Travelocity with no problems. I had thought using Galaxsea as a local company would be an advantage but it's not. You can easily book online from your home. Everything will be mailed to you. If you don't have a computer I'm sure you can book on the telephone. I have been happy with all the online companies I have booked with as well as Carson Wagonlit, Abbracadabra and AAA Travel. I believe anyone can book thru AAA whether you are a member of their auto club or not.
