I called on a Wednesday and he came on Saturday. He called to keep me updated on his arrival time. Was very apologetic about being a half hour late. He did an excellent job and end up charging less then estimated b/c the labor did not take as long. Thanks for an excellent experience.

Jon installed 2 new garage doors for us. He came to give us an estimate when he said he would be here, he arrived on time for the installation, and he left nothing to show that he had been working at our house - except 2 beautiful new garage doors. Exceptional work, reliable, quick, and so quiet I forgot he was here. I would recommend this company to everyone. I would definitely call him again.

I called several companies, some even came out, none gave a quote and none called back. So you can imagine John's promptness and responsiveness really caught me by suprise. To top it all off he did great work and the garage door is better than new. Number one in my book - and I have a pretty big book!

After experiencing less than stellar service from another company (not showing up as scheduled twice) I contacted Garage Door Systems, based on the Kudzu reviews. I was not disappointed. I received prompt, professional, on time service. Very pleased. Highly recommended! Pleasure to do business with!

I called Garage Door systems and spoke to John becuase my remote control and keypads were not working. He gave me instructions on how to reprogram them over the phone and did not want to charge me the service fee because it would take him a minute to fix it. I was able to fix the problem myself thanks to John.

John provided excellent service in installing my new door spring. The estimate was provided over the phone and was less than others I received. He arrived a few minutes early and completed the job very quickly. I would recommend GDS to anyone who needs garage door service.

John came out the day after I called him. He "tuned up" my garage doors and told me what to look out for. Pricing was less that he quoted me over the phone. Good to know there are still trustworthy service companies out there.
