I worked over 5 years for many garage door and gate companiesas a sub contractor or a full time employee.
things i didn'tlike in all of these companies were that they were promisingso many things over the phone about the service and about pricing.
but the problem was that they told the costumers one thing and to me another. I believe that this.. wasn'tfair and Professional.
I went into this business for myself to show people that there are some good companiesaroundthat care for u more than the money, they care for u if u need us at any time even if its a call back or somethingunder warranty that most companiesdon'teven Follow through with.
Most companiescare just for just the money we here first care for u to be happy and for u to provide no less than perfect costumer service!
The main thing is that im the business owner and under that i have a very impotent role, my job in the business is to go to all my employeesand customers at any time to make sure the job was performedcorrectly to the customers satisfaction.
