I went there, and I walked into the office, there was no one to greet me. You ring a buzzer and the girl that came out was in slacks and a cotton shirt (like from Express), she had no appointment book or computer to see who I was, who I was seeing, or anything. I peered into the back office and there were boxes all around, and no computers or desks that looked occupied. It looked like they were either moving in or moving out. There was a big notice on the wall about their greivance policy, if you weren't happy with their service and how to go about handling it. Their business license was 1 year expired, hanging on the wall. I didn't keep my appointment, I walked out.
