Absolutely my favorite place to dine. Worth every penny. They occasionally add new items to the menu so every time it is a good surprise. The ambience is more for business dinner, but weekend bunch buffet is good for a family too. I wished they still had Dunwoody location because it is a little far from my place. But I would still find some good reasons to drive all the way to Johns Creek to dine there!

This place has its own thing going on and I love it. Downstairs you have a great dining experience with rat pack-esque music and an amazing raw bar. Upstairs there's often bands performing on the rooftop! Best place to get a steak in the whole city. Extremely knowledgeable wait staff. They are professional servers, and you can tell they know their stuff. Absolutely enormous bar. Great place to hold events too.

We enjoy a really good Sunday brunch, and this is very close to being just that. The price would be fine if the items were seasoned (too bland), hot (cold grits, gravy and mashed potatoes are not tasty), and if the service were more consistent (waiters who can not be found for drink refills one week versus waiters who won't go away the next). If this place would even everything out, it would be so much better. We're never sure what to expect at dinner either, but we keep going back in hope...

I really expected to be impressed. This place is part of the Metrotainment Cafes group, and their marketing is really top notch. I receive regular email offers, birthday cards with gift cards, etc. from them. So imagine my surprise when I used my shiny $20 gift card to purchase the WORST dining experience ever. The issue was not the food - it was actually very good. But the service was terrible. Literally, our waiter "forgot" about us once, took 15 minutes to get me a martini, brought our salads out with our meals, stopped by our table with another table's dirty dishes, and like someone else said just vanished into thin air when it came time for the check. Then when we finally got the check, it was wrong, so - you guess it - another 15 minutes waiting for a corrected version. Literally I think it took about 45 minutes to get our food (and salad at the same time) and then a good 30 minutes to get our correct check. It will be a while before I convince my wife to go back...maybe we'll try one of their other restaurants instead.

Garrisons has a great variety of martinis and wines, and the menu is extensive. Steak, seafood, chicken salads... The grilled Talapia with asparagus was delicious. The steak aupovier was yummy and prepared exactly as requested. Service is friendly and efficent.

Garrison's has one of the best Dirty Martinis in town! The calamari & Ahi Tuna is wonderful! Make sure you plan an extra 45 minutes, because that's how long it will take you to find you server to get the check.... just be warned... you'll be there for forever... and most of the servers are idiots... but great martinis :)

The food is very good here but, it is overpriced. The service is great. We had our rehearsal dinner here for about 40 people and we were very very pleased. We have also seen some professional athletes here. The atmosphere is great- we go there when we want to treat ourselves.

Great food, but pricey. Drinks are also very pricey. Up on the rooftop is a good atmosphere but once it gets dark - it becomes 'plastic' central. Very strange how the atmosphere changes after dark on a weekend night and the plastic surgery patients take over.

The food is good but a bit overpriced on some items. It's really a great place to hang out with friends and have a couple appetizers (the calamari is great!) and drinks. During the summer the rooftop patio has live music for happy hour which is fun.
