    Update: Spoke and met with Clint and this issue has been resolved to both our satisfaction. Not happy! Bought vinyl flooring, carpet, underlayment for laminate and 1/2" padding for the the carpet. I spent over $2K there for this project. The pad for the carpet was not used, not opened and is still as they sold it to me. I called them today to ask about returning the carpet pad and to also ask about purchasing more underlayment. I was told they normally don't take padding back but they would this time and charge me a 25% restocking fee!!!!! So basically they want me to pack this in my vehicle, drive there and just be all happy and feel special about losing between $50-$60 including the tax. Now, as stated this pad is still as it was sold to me, in its original packaging from them so all they are going to do is resell it and not at a discount to the next victim. I wanted to use the return amount to purchase more underlayment from them! This company will NEVER EVER EVER EVER get my business again. (Taylor Swift voice)

    We ordered carpet from Jed's and were given a choice of days to have it installed. We picked a date, and I recorded the whole conversation on my phone (not secret, in plain sight on the counter), so there would be no questions later. They did not show up on the date we chose, and we were told we had picked the next day. We told them the next day was our anniversary, and we know we did not pick that day. The owner called my husband that night and chewed him out - said they never made that mistake, that we were wrong. We told him we recorded it all and offered to play it. They did nothing to make it right so we spent our anniversary the next day having carped installed and moving furniture back in. Sorry, but you DID make that mistake, and your customer service is awful! We will not buy there again or recommend them to friends. The carpet was fine, a good price, and the installers were very professional, but the customer service is the worst we have experienced.
