# User Rating: 1 out of 5 stars by Mount Pleasant Mom 02/24/2011 We have bought many dresses at Genealogy and were happy but the last time my daughter bought a $500 dress and noticed at the store the dress had some damage. The sales girl told her they would send it to be fixed. When my daughter told me they were repairing the dress rather than getting her a new one I called and told them to not send the dress for repair that we didn't want it. The sales girl said there are NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. I couldn't believe it. She bought it the afternoon before I made the call and they still had not sent the dress out but yet they wouldn't do an Exchange or a Refund. Where do companies get off selling damaged goods and not giving the customer what they want. This store has terrible customer service and sells damaged goods. I'm surprised in this day and age a company wouldn't want to keep a good customer but rather hold on to any dollar they make just for the money rather than for a happy customer. I will never purchase another dress from this company. Buyer BEWARE!
