At Genghis Grille, you select your own raw ingredients from a large variety of fresh veggies, tofu, and\ meats. The cook then stir-fries and/or steams them while you watch. Choose your sauce from a selection ranging from peanut sauce to garlic oil. Prices are for all you can eat.
No matter what combination that I create, it tastes the same! All vegetables, chicken, beef, shrimp? It doesn't matter what I do... I don't recommend this to anyone, unless, they like the taste of soy sauce, becaus that is the only thing I can taste!!!

This is a very unique and cool place. You go through a buffet style line and get all your "raw" materials. Add your own spices and condements and take it to a giant wok where it's cooked right in front of you in a matter of two to four minutes. If you don't like the results, it's your own fault. Dump it and go back and try again. They have recipies posted to help you out.

Yeah, kind of. YOu can get as much as you want of what you want:meat, poultry, seafood, vegetables, fruit, etc. Then you add some spice and they cook it up right in front of you. They you can go get another bowl.
