I selected Georgetown Pediatrics to care for my children because growing up that is where I went. While most of the doctors have since retired Dr Ali has been great! Unfortunately with 2 little ones under the age of 3 I am there a little more often than I like. I have found the Nurses very helpful and Office workers friendly. I have never had any problems making appointments etc. I have had to go to the ALpharetta Office for emergency visits on the weekend and I found that office wonderful as well.I have seen other doctors at the Dunwoody location and have been treated with the best of patience and care.

We are very happy with Georgetown Pediatrics. The doctors are very friendly and after hours service is easy to use. We never have to wait in the waiting room which is helpful with a one year old and have never had a problem getting an appointment.

This practice has multiple locations and doctors...some doctors not very supportive of breastfeeding at all, very discouraging actually. Also was told to find another practice if I dared question the vaccination schedule...which we all know has been under much scrutiny lately. This after my child had to be re-vaccinated because of "possible unsafe vaccines" released last year by Merck. Overall the doctors talk down to you and treat you like an idiot. I hate leaving a bad review because there are a couple good people there that treat you like an intelligent human being. The practice is convenient with appointments. I am looking for another practice after four years due to the negatives however.

The office staff has not always been polite or helpful. We always request appointments with Dr. Alli, and she's great. She always takes as much time as necessary to address any concerns, and she is really great with my son. She also has a young daughter, which helps her relate both as a mom and a doctor. I've been happy going there.

I take my son to the Dunwoody office, specifically Dr. Renee Alli. She is great! She listens, offers great feedback, interacts well with my son, does not infer that I am doing things wrong (feedings, etc), and just overall a pleasure to interact with. The office staff is another story! Claim processing is disorganized...They tried to collect payment for children that were not mine but shared the same last name. Upon checkin office staff is on the phone with personal calls. Spoke with 3 different nurses about an issue and received 3 different courses of action that resulted in too many office visits. Overall, love Dr. Alli, office staff leaves a lot to be desired.

They have quite a lot of doctors to choose from. Some of them are professional but most of them are not. One of the doctors basically doesn't care about patient, he doesn't interact or talk to my son when we brought him for a sick visit. Another doctor seems to over-exaggerate the condition of my son, most of the time. Another lady doctor doesn't seem to know what she's doing, and even blaming us for not making appointment earlier, even though we told her that we're never informed that we need to make an appointment at that time. The nurses in front (taking calls and making appointments) are rude and unprofessional. Not a great place for children.
