Unable to match Knight vinyl plank locally that was put in 12 years ago. Found it online and priced it at several dealers. Georgia Carpet had the best price with the lowest shipping. It arrived in about a week and matched perfectly. Will buy from them again.

Purchased all the carpet on a home remodel from Georgia Carpet Industries. The service was professional, the shipping was excellent, and the price was outstanding. I will definitely use again for any and all carpet needs I have.

Have purchased carpet over the years from GA Carpet. They can normally find any carpet you find at your local dealer and give you a better price on it. Give Donna Holsomback a call she's very helpful.
My husband and I recently purchased bamboo flooring from Georgia Carpet Industries to redo our living room. The service was wonderful, our questions were answered fully and the pick up was easy. We have had the flooring down for several months now and still love it.
I recently purchased carpet from Georgia Carpet and used a carpet installer that they recommended as being good and reputable. The carpet installer brought the carpet out and it was the right color, but a much cheaper carpet than what I purchased. I read online that this was a classic scam carpet sellers do. They show you and sell you a better carpet than what they send you. The installer - Ronnie Morris was also incompentent. When he got to my house he jacked up the price by $100 and charged an extra $20 for trash removal. They left my house in a huge mess. Ronnies employees left greasy finger prints on every one of my white doors. One of the doors they removed was not hung back right and will have to be re- hung. Ronnie is not listed on the CFI website. Don't make the same mistake I did.

We are sorry you had such a poor experience with your installer. But Georgia Carpet Industries does not have any affiliation with installers. We recommend that all customers get references from installers before hiring them.
If you fell like you received a inferior product I will be happy to talk to you about it and open up a claim if the product is truly not what you ordered and get you what you need. Sincerely,
