Went there for an antique mantle clock I had. Was promised a certain price for a certain time. He couldn't deliver on either promise. Ended up costing $100 more and was 4 weeks overdue. After 6 months, springs now not winding correctly. Just don't waste your time.money with these guys.

So I wrote a not so good review earlier - would like to update it: So I wrote the review about my clock that was converted to wall art. The owners of Georgia Clock Repair saw the review and were truly distressed. They have had some medical issues and didn't realize my clock was not repaired. They called and emailed me - offered to pick the clock up at my office and repair it at no additional charge, wanted to do whatever it would take to make me a satisfied customer. After all this time I took their offer to simply refund the money. I work in a service business also and I think the BEST companies are the ones that try their absolute hardest to perform a task but not all tasks can be completed. The Great companies acknowledge this and refund money. Georgia Clock is truly a great company - I just happen to own a really quirky clock. Maybe it was tired and wanted to retire like me. Just give these people a chance. They are good folks and deserve a shot at your business.

Everyone in the area recommended this place to get my old cuckoo clock I bought in Europe and the beautiful replica clock my parents gave me repaired, and for good reason. Excellent, experienced clock repair masters are hard to find.

Honest. Dependable. Fair. Clock was repaired promptly and correctly. This was an old clock passed down from my father and it finally works and can be enjoyed. I will tell my friends and family!

My husband surprised me with a beautiful antique clock for Christmas. Gywnne and Tom were so helpful and professional when assisting him with choosing just the right clock. They explained all the particulars of the clock and made sure it was perfect when he picked it up. I know I will be going back to their shop.....Clocks are addicting and they had some very interesting and beautiful clocks in their shop! I will be back!!

I took my RAF Sector clock for repair into WT Clocks and Tom did an outstanding job getting it to work again. Due to the damage caused by dropping the clock, Tom had to make a part as well as ensure all the other parts sustained no damage. Clock works perfectly. I would highly recommend WT Clocks for repair of antique clocks.

We took a valuable grandfather clock into WT Clocks that had been damaged in a flood we had in our home. When we arrived at their place of business Gwen immediately took us on a tour of their workshop. Everything was neat, clean and organized. We never had a moments doubt that our clock would be 'well taken care of' in the shop. They took their time to restore the cabinet and repaired what was damaged and cleaned up the works....It is now "better then new". Every 15 minutes as it chimes my heart beats faster at the beautiful sound and tone that the master "Tom" restored to our family clock. Tom delivered it and set it up to perfection. Please do not hesitate to make use of this valuable service. It is a lost art to be a Master at repairing vintage clocks....however, be assured they know their business and your clock is in good hands at WT Clocks.

My New Haven Banjo Clock circa 1907 with Westminster chimes is giving me daily pleasure thanks to WT Clocks. For 11 years I just looked at the clock hanging on my wall. It had been willed to me and was not running. I felt the expense was too much for me to invest. In 2007 I became very ill and realized I had denied myself the pleasure of listening to the beautiful chimes. If I could hear the clock for even a day, it was now the time to find a specialist and pay the price. I wanted to use a local business and entrusted Tom Griffin, owner of WT Clocks, to give my clock the TLC it needed after all these years. Forgetting the price, I waited sometimes nervously since it took from March to November to get everything syncronized, but patience won out. Tom and staff have to be trusted that a job well done cannot always be measured by time. This is a delicate business. They stick to it. I am grateful that their skill has returned my clock to its beautiful original running condition.

The owners, Gwen & Tom, are extremely professional and knowledgeable. They did a repair on an anniversary clock that we had received from my grandparents. Not only did they do an excellent job, but they took time with us, so that we understood how to take care of it properly. I would highly recommend them to anyone searching for reliable repair. They also have some very interesting clocks for sale and their inventory is constantly changing. They can also special order clocks that you may be interested in. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. It is obvious that they value their customers!!

These folks are great- my father lives in an assisted living facility near there, and I live further out. We had an antique clock repaired there, and we ordered a barometer from them as well. On both occasions, it took us several weeks to pick up our orders, since I'm only out there once a week or so. However, these folks were very patient, as well as very knowlegeable about the clocks and so forth. I would definitely use their services again- Janice

I took my English Tambor clock in to have cleaned and my experience with WT Clocks was good. The pricing seemed fair, the quality of work is really good. I believe my clock is running much better now then when I took it in. I'm very pleased.
