It's been a bit of a long road with this pool. Overall, the pool is beautiful. It hasn't been without frustration, however. The pool was originally completed spring 2015. I made my last payment with the understanding that outstanding items would be completed, but the builder stopped returning my phone calls/e-mails. He called me one year later (summer 2016) and told me that he had a serious illness that left him hospitalized for an extended period of time. In the spirit of being understanding, I asked for a couple of items that still needed to be done to be completed. We ended up burying the backwash line ourselves. We also ended up taking 2 days off work to get the inspection completed and paid the outstanding fees. We still needed the lights fixed - these lights were supposed to be the best, but one went out and another stopped changing colors (within the first year). It took another entire year to get this corrected. It was just completed last week (June 2017). The spa jets still do not work right, but I'm not sure much can be done about that. And now one of our pumps has completely quit working. I would expect this expensive equipment to last longer than 2 years. This isn't our first pool so we know how long equipment should last. So, we dealt with getting the lights fixed for another entire year and now we have to replace a pump. Again, the pool is gorgeous, but the equipment is frustrating.

Would not recommend doing business with this pool company. Did not appreciate the unprofessionalism and poor customer service.

This is not even our client. They insisted on us coming out to give them an estimate for a vinyl liner pool, even though we told them we do not build liner pools. The person that wrote this message was present at the meeting for maybe 5 minutes. Her husband had no problem with us. When we asked why she wrote this review, her and her husband denied writing it.
We had GA Dream Pool build us a Pool, Spa, Pool House, Patio & Fireplace with extensive stone work and retaining walls about 3 years ago. The design is unbelievable, they did incredible work and the price was very competitive. It made our backyard an Oasis that is the envy of the neighborhood. We would definitely use them again if we ever built another paradise in our backyard.

I had a pool built by Georgia Dream Pools over four years ago. Since having this pool built, I have been able to eliminate costly vacations such as trips to the beach, and I've even been able to have two family reunions at our house as we're able to entertain upwards of twenty family members at our pool, at a time, with eaze. In the past four years I have developed a good professional relationship with management at Georgia Dream Pools, as I have had them hired on to maintain and clean the pool, since it was built. I could not be happier with Georgia Dream Pools and the job they've done for me and I'd recommend them to anyone. My biggest concern when building a pool was that I was going to pick a "fly by night" company or a company who wouldn't do what they said they would. Well, they've given me a top notch product as well as excellent service since day one.

Having a pool built by Georgia Dream Pools quickly turned from a "dream" to a nightmare. GDP's project manager, Patrick Neilson did not offer the service we expected from a premier pool builder. His personality was very confrontational and difficult to deal with at times. His responses to our questions regarding the project's progress were unsatisfactory. We were told that we were being paranoid and that we asked too many questions. GDP had difficulty dealing with what seemed to be typical, day-to-day situations within the pool building industry. In addition, our pool was virtually complete for a little over a month, as there were only minor details that remained and the majority of the contract had been paid. At this time, it became apparent that our project was no longer a priority to GDP or Patrick. When given a punch list of items that needed to be addressed, we were told that not all the items were punch list worthy and the items that were addressed by GDP, were completed inadequately. In the end, GDP's owner, Michelle Taylor and Patrick Neilson walked away from the job, leaving us with a project that was incomplete. We had to hire another pool company to finish the items that were left incomplete and to correct the items that were not done properly by GDP. If given the opportunity to start the process over again, we would have chosen another builder for our pool project.
