I went to this office for a consultation for Lumineers and to replace a missing tooth that I had pulled several years ago. I was SHOCKED at how many people had gotten their smile completely made over by Dr. G, and they all look so happy in his before and after photos. The office is relaxed and the people that work there are very nice. I was very impressed by the hot coffee, cookies and they even gave me a soft fuzzy blanket because I was freezing sitting in the dental chair waiting to be seen. I understand they have to keep it cold in there and it was a really nice gesture in my opinion. I m also high anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist, so the more comfortable they can make me feel the better! I just wanted to post about my experience and tell Dr. G that he and his employees are doing a great job. I hope to be back in again soon and you can show new people MY amazing before and afters!

I was very excited to go here since I had seen him on the TV and I thought he would be wonderful. I was disappointed in my visit. I felt very rushed during the exam. He went through all these names of what was wrong in my mouth but explained NOTHING to me. My teeth are in very good shape beside from a slight misaligned ones in the front. I have actually had braces before and he insisted on Lumineers (which I do NOT need and happen to be the most expensive thing they offer). I told him that I was not interested but yet they seem to still try to insist and put then in my "plan". Not to mention after that first visit, I figured I would give him another try and come back to get my fillings done. He did the fillings with the tooth colored sealant (instead of metal) and did not inform me that it was NOT covered by my insurance (I was not even asked if that was what I wanted). Lets just say $700 dollars later, I was not a happy camper. I still owe that actually. I will never go back to him. All he is worried about is getting your money and putting the next person in the chair.

One of my friends recently had lumineers done by Dr G (located in Pensacola, FL)and they are AMAZING. Her smile is absolutely beautiful. It only took about 3 appointments and around 3 weeks or so for her to have them completely done. Dr G did an incredible job! I would totally recommend them to anyone that wants a beautiful smile that will last a lifetime. Now I want lumineers too!

From the moment you walk in the door you are welcomed an endearing Professional Assistant named Melody. You'll notice John, from the Infomercial, off to the side working. I found his office to be a familiar and inviting environment. My first visit was efficient and informative, Dr. G after his evaluation told me of what he could do. His theory on what he could do was explained, No one had ever offered to do anything like this. John came in to assist me on my financial options. What impressed me the most happened while I was shopping and most of the store I was in heard me. "My Dentist Called Me!!" after my temporary crown was put on, not his assistant, not his nurse, him. It is like what they say, "If you want something done right the first time ask someone busy to do it, this time I just got the one who was passionate about "My Smile".

I thought that his staff was mediocre and he was rude. I think you need to feel comfortable with your dentist/doctor and he did not make me feel that way at all. His bedside manners were horrible.
