Tony asked me to do HIM a favor and take my post down, after he yelled at me and cussed at me on the telephone for 15 minues because he is unhappy with my negative post. I believe the consumer is owed a favor... I can't NOT report this. Tony, I'm sorry you feel that I am doing you a misjustice, but I have every right to report my experiences. You calling me immature, is saying that everyone that writes negative reviews is immature. Learn from this. Next time someone calls you and asks you to fix something they are unhappy with, do it then. Don't tell them to sit back and wait a few days and see what happens. It's a part of customer service. It's not "only fair that I remove this, and chalk it up to the fact that my car was 'in bad shape'". It might be too late for me to receive a refund, as you pointed out, but I am not removing my post. Please stop calling my place of business, if you continue to call I can and will file harassment charges." Kudzu only allows one review per business per customer. Both full reviews are on yelp.com.
