Do not use this company for any service. The owner is crazy and has shown up to many jobs popping pills. If you end up using them, don't ever complain about your service because the owner will get angry and yell at you, the customer. He also hires some of the worst techs and I have heard from one of the techs that if you get promoted to your own route he will fire you and not pay for the previous work. Beware, Beware, beware

Clearly Gilbert Pool Service, LLC has too much business as when I made an appointment to have a technician come to our home, we were told we would be called by 10am to schedule the time of the visit that day. No call was received and I called to follow up. I was then told I would get another call within 30 minutes. Again, no call was received. When I called again for follow-up the female answering the phone stated "Oh, well, I might be able to find you another technician." When I stated that I appreciated that she could do that, why would I want to have a pool service company that is so unreliable that they can't call a customer after they have called to check up twice." She stated to "have a nice day." I hope the owner of the company hires more responsible "technicians" and a phone operator that would help to solve a problem instead of saying have a nice day. I am disappointed with the service and I am definitely going with a different pool company.
