Bought a computer from Ginstar 2 years ago and recently got the blue screen of death. Brought it in and the service tech. plugged it in, booted it up, and said nothing was wrong, laughing at me like I was an idiot. I brought it home and within an hour got the blue screen again. I brought it back 5 times within 2 weeks and he kept telling me nothing was wrong. I finally sent my husband in and he put up a stink. Finally, the tech ran some tests, but then still told me nothing was wrong. There is obviously something wrong if it doesn't last more than an hour at a time before getting the blue screen! I will never purchase from them again. I brought it to a repair shop and guess what? They fixed it!

I've never been a fan of the big box electronic stores for computer hardware. Ginstar had a great selection and prices and I went by the store in Norcross and ordered a custom desktop and when the clerk found out I lived near Midtown he offered to let me pick up the unit at their Midtown location verse me waiting a couple hours in Norcross.
