I've been driving around in my 1998 Lexus ES300 with a big crack in it for a good 3 years now. I always thought it was no big deal until I got a ticket driving home from the Braves Game a few weeks back. I called some big company called Safelight first and they never got the right part and wanted to charge over 50 dollars more than the price for this windshield from the Glass King now safely in my car. This price was right on the money and the new glass in my car looks like it did back when I first bought the car if I can remember that far back hahaha. I live in Marietta and he came out to us the day after I set the appointment up. The job was done fast and I got on with my day with a brand new windshield in my car. My brothers sons new car got hit and he will get it fixed too soon as I recommended you for the great service. So anyways thanks once again for a job well done. Maurice Jackson

Thanks again Glass king for doing a great job on my car replacing my windshield. I just want everyone to know that the owner has been working on my cars for the last 2 years and has always stood behind his work thanks again.

I got a crack in my winshield yesterday on 75North. I called Glass King and they were able to come right to my job and make the repair for me. They were fast and efficient and I didn't even have to leave my desk. I would definitely recommend Glass King to my family and friends! Great work and very friendly!

If you want to save money and hassle do not do business with these people. Jo King replaced my front door window and told me, with a smile, there's a lifetime warranty and he has a shop I'm welcome to visit for any issues. When I finally reached him regarding an issue with his work, he told me to fck off. Jo is a typical short, loud mouthy New Yorker and if you're not a confrontational or violent person..don't get in bed with this guy. Glass King or Jo King will never get my business again; I am disgusted.

Wow...this is the most hostile customer I ever had to do business with. At Glass King we take pride in our work and honor our warranty agreement with our customers. The work was performed six months ago on a vandalized door glass. The customer called me for the first time yesterday explaining the problem. We were willing to come out and take a look at it ASAP. For reasons I'm still unsure of, the customer became extremely irrate and beligerent to me and hung up. We tried calling back several times to arrange a time to come by but the customer will not return our calls. We are still willing to come by if only he would call us with an address to come take a look. At this point it appears he does not want service. I feel this ridiculous review is unfair and prejudice. We take pride in our work and offer unsurpassed service and value to our customers. An intelligent consumer would realize this just by reading his "review".
Thanks for taking in my car the same day your shop was easy to get to right near Kennesaw area your price was reasonable and the new windshield looks great like nothing happened its nice just to deal with one person and get a personal service.

Thanks for fitting me in today now i can get on with my trip i called last yesterday around 4pm my car was broken into. You had the glass like you said and had me on the road by 9am glad you had a shop close by in Kennesaw Thanks again will be coming back for my windshield soon.

a few days ago our car was broken into there was glass all over we called the glass king and within no time our car was looking new again. it only took one call,and we are very happy we did! sincerly dave and maureen malone.

I had an appointment with this company at 9am this morning. At 9:33am the guy called to say that he was on his way and would be here in another 40 minutes. I told him that wasn't going to work since the reason I made the appointment for 9am was because I had to be somewhere at 11:15am. He then says "Well how (are) you gonna get someone else to come out there when all the warehouses are closed?" Basically to say that I should be content to wait for him......I thought to myself are you kidding me? I hope you're reading this Sir but I would MUCH rather drive around with a crack in my windshield for a couple more days if it means that I can WAIT to do business with a company that values my time and money!
