My family and I have been going to Dr. Glass for over twenty years, and I have been recommending him to others from the beginning. Dr. Glass graduated from Harvard, went to Cornell Medical School, did his internship at Yale, and his residency at Emory. All this shows in his competence and professionalism. We have also gotten our glasses from him for years--without any problems or mishaps. In fact, he takes special care in this area, and the glasses are of far higher quality than those that might be purchased from an optometrist or one-hour optical. Over the years, I have recommended him to a number of people, all of whom have become regular patients and recommended him to others. Dr. Glass is a top notch opthalmologist and eye surgeon, for routine exams, eye glasses, and serious eye problems.

Three years ago, I ordered a pair of glasses with scratch-resistant lenses here, and the lenses I received were already scratched when I picked them up. I did not accept them, and the replacement pair I received were also scratched (although not as badly as the initial pair). For the most part, I was happy with the treatment I got at this office, but I left with a bad feeling about their suppliers.

This reviewer must be mistaken as this incident did not happen in our practice. No one associated with this practice even recalls such an incident. We have never dispensed a pair of glasses with scratches on the lenses. Lenses can get scratched with use by the customer, but with a scratch coat warranty, the customer can receive a one time replacement during the first year after dispensing at no charge.
