HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE - Purchased a 2009 BMW 328i convertible with warranty and CPO from the dealership. Staff was extremely nice especially the sales person, trade appraiser and finance manager. Was frustrated that all the process was done and spent over three hours waiting to sign for the car and leave. I dealt with it because I understand sometimes you just get busy. After purchased in the car found it was missing accessory so went the next day and pick it up. Twelve hours later go through the drive-thru for the first time and discover that my windows won't roll down. Took the care to be in replaced and tried to be accommodating. A week later the radio starts to go in and out and notice creaks in the back of the car. Made an appointment to fix and when given a review survey rated my experience sales manager, emailed me asking to contact him. Attempted to do so through 3 voicemails and 2 emails never responded. On the day that I was supposed to have my car repaired saw him and asked to speak to him. Kept me waiting twenty minutes. When explained my situation looked at me and said that is why you should buy a warranty and he wished me the best. Walked out feeling more than screwed and ripped off. If that is how you view business you have the same ethical attitude that every negative connotation of a used car salesman's reputation. Wish you the best but will not buy from Global Imports and will not recommend.

I recently purchased a 2011 BMW 328i and noticed it was running a bit rough. I took vehicle into Global Imports and was AMAZED as soon as I drove through their state of the art service dept. I was warmly greeted and offered a loaner car while they diagnosed my vehicle. Needless to say, there were quite a bit of items that needed repairing and they took care of it without any hesitation. Gary was great at explaining the problems and worked with me until the end. Thank you for being a dealership at the TOP of your class. I will definitely recommend them to all BMW owners/lovers.

Beware of the carbon buildup on the intake manifold diagnosis - Cost $700 for a repair that was not needed but they did it anyway. The real issue was a faulty fuel pump that was covered by a recall. Disappointing - Called Jamey Holt based on response posted, Basically he apologized and he would let the service team know. My service adviser was Chris Marget. No resolution to the issue, If they really wanted to resolve this issue they could have contacted me directly not just post a response - they were not expecting any one to call based on the response. Before you buy a Mini check out the service, they will promising the world and their service reps go above and beyond to promise that they will take care of any issue but when they really need to backup their promise just hollow promises. Talking to other Mini Owner - Top answers they will give you for rough idle - Your not using tier 1 gas, Carbon buildup on intake Manifold, Fuel Injectors needs cleaning. My Problem was a Faulty Fuel Pump that is on a Recall not Carbon build up on intake manifold. $700 for repair that was not needed. He Agreed that they should have tried the fuel pump first instead of doing the carbon cleaning on the manifold. Get a Second Opinion

HORRIBLE DEALERSHIP. STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS. Bought a car for my wife. They gave a false car fax report, false NADA report. Car has been in the shop over 10 times since purchase. Car supposedly was certified pre-owned. Now sitting in the driveway and won't run. General Manager and Sales Managers won't return calls but have employees call. Will never buy from these guys again. No courtesy ZERO customer service.. DON'T MAKE THE MISTAKE WE MADE. BIG DEALERSHIP MEANS YOU WILL SPEND MORE MONEY but WILL NOT GET BETTER CAR OR SERVICE. STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS.

I recently purchased my first mini copper here with the assurance of Mayo. She is an awesome sales lady. Also Robbin in finance did a great job. Looking forward to purchasing our second mini hopefully master this year!

My wife and I were Global Imports MINI customers for 3 years, but then we bought a Countryman from MINI South Atlanta (due to inventory and our impatience for the new Countryman). That experience was "so-so" at best. Well, after the first service at MINI South Atlanta, I feel so stupid for ever leaving Global Imports MINI. There is ZERO comparison between the two places. Happy to be a returning customer of Global Imports (just wish you had an airport shuttle:))!

My car trading-in/buying process was rather slow--4.5 hours! Slowest I've ever experienced. BUT, the staff & amenities (not to mention car selection) is awesome. They do have TVs showing sports, lots of coffee, Wii for the kids, etc. to keep you awake & entertained while waiting. I LOVE my Mini! See Sergei--he's a great guy.

I have had the best experience purchasing my new 3 series from Global Imports... I thought I had the most competitive price in the market with another dealer until I came into contact with Marianne - the Sales Manager at Global Imports. She beat that price (I am assuming they are the only ones that could since they are such a mega monster dealership) and convinced me to give my business to Global. Since my car was pre-ordered, she made arrangements for me to have a car for a bit until mine came in which was a big relief. Not to mention, she is the nicest and most accommodating person to deal with, and she is very responsive. I am a long-time BMW owner having bought or leased 5 in the past 8 years, some of those done at this dealership. They are not the best place to go to get a great price. They are also very concerned about maintaining their "center of excellence". I had a big problem with their service dept a while back and usually they call to have you rate them, they manipulated the system to keep me from giving them a bad score! Also, good luck trying to get a test drive on any M model. Sure, I'll pay $80k without ever driving the car. Give me a break. Have taken my business to another dealership.
