I had been a member at another chain fitness club. The equipment was older and the gym needed serious updating with its decor. I researched a few other gyms and Golds was recommended to me. The equipment is all new, its not intimidating for women to use, and it is not crowded! It offers a lot of ameities too. Dues are a bit pricey($49/mo) but I think its worth it.

I've tried this out a couple times before because a friend of mine works out here. They have a lot of equipment, enough for everyone. It's alwways too crowded. The problem is the location. Its where there are a lot of restaurants and just a lot of cars. Parking is OK here because there is a large parking structure nearby.

Was the 1st gym I signed up at and has everything I needed in a gym. The problem was the location, so I had to switch, but would definitely recommend it to anyone living in the area. Very friendly staff.
