I really like Dr. G as a physician. He spends adequate time with you & listens to what you have to say. However, his office staff, particularly Antrice, is so terrible I can no longer be his patient, after 6 years of dealing with her. If you have any issues or need something, she will blame you, talk down & be condescending to you, as if you should know everything about insurance companies, co-pays, pre-authorizations, etc. They do not work well if you get a referral. They won't send the necessary paperwork in time & you will have to track the office staff down to do it, most likely leaving you to schedule multiple appointments. Next, if you ever need the office to send information to your employer, you can guarantee they will forget to fax it. Again, after you waste your time following up, they will say they did fax it and blame you. Then, eventually you will have to get them to mail it to you so you can do it yourself. Last, if you need medical information about yourself (ie immunizations or labs), it will take at least a week and you will have to pick it up yourself or get it mailed, even though you've signed consent to email records. I even referred a friend. They cancelled his appointment because they called the wrong patient to confirm. Instead of accommodating him, he had to reschedule.

I agree with other reviewers that the staff can be rude at times. I also agree that the doctor is attentive and takes time to answer questions. However he is a "pill doctor." I'm not opposed the medicine but as they say an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. But when I asked the doctor about how I may possibly prevent a chronic condition he responded sarcastically. I also encountered the bizarre "refill policy" where they will not call in prescriptions by phone. They will mail them to you for a $5 fee.

The doctor takes his time to listen to you, discusses your symptoms in detail with you before making a sound diagnosis. The office staff can be be very rude, it depends on their mood. Not very good about providing test results and information.

I really like Dr. G. But, his front office administrator is rude and demeaning. You have to explain your medical symptoms to the "secretary" and she decides if or when you can talk to or see the doctor. It was terrible. I stopped going.

An earlier reviewer's comment that Dr. Golusinski's staff is "abrasive" is an understatement. I literally left this office because it was virtually impossible to deal with the staff sometimes, especially if you had an emergency. Golusinki's average quality of service was not enough to overcome his staff's shortcomings.

Dr. G isn't one of those doctors who tries to squeeze in as many patients as possible in one day. He will sit with me and answer all my questions and explain what's going on in non-medical jargon and with a sense of humor. I couldn't be happier with my new doctor.

Dr. Golusinski is great and will usually see me promptly. He'll answer any questions and seems like he really cares. However, his front office can be abrasive at times and he does not call in re-fills.

As a person that doesn't particularly enjoy going to doctors, Dr. Golusinski's office was kind enough to fit me in last minute and as a new patient. The receptionist was very friendly and Dr. Golusinski was great - attentive, non-judgemental, kind, and patient. I would definently reccomend him.

It was nice to see a doctor that was straight forward and took the time to look past the checkup checklist during my yearly physical. Seems to be pretty good at inductive reasoning--something that can't be said for a lot of physicians I know.

My husband found Dr. Golusinski a few years back and I switched over too to get great, responsive medical care. Dr. G takes the time to work with patients, listen to your needs and concerns and even provides educational material (ie. gave me information on how to research the effacy of vitamin supplement brands) as the situation arises. His staff are also professional and friendly.

I changed my PCP to Dr. Golusinksi based on a recommendation from a friend. I am delighted with my decision. I like that Dr. G. sends out an email with my test results..he is very responsive. My husband was recently bit by a dog and the doctor got him in right away.
