I was in conversation with Service man Grant and he help make up my mind that Goodyear will and did give me the best service. I must say coming from New York to GA am glad to have Grant offer the best Goodyear has for thier customers.

Please do not take your vehicle here for repairs! My husband's check engine light had been on so he brought his vehicle to this location. Originally, he was only getting an estimate but decided to leave the car their for repair also. They charge $90 for the diagnostic most repair places will waive the diagnostic when you decide to have your car repaired through them. They seemed to fix his original problem but shortly after driving his vehicle from the repair shop, he noticed his dome light remained on and the "door ajar" light was displayed. He took his car back to Goodyear, since the problem did not begin until he picked his car up from them, and they stated that the problem was not related to what he originally brought his vehicle in and that it was not related to the work they completed. They would have to run another diagnostic for $50 and the repair & labor costs would not be known until the diagnostic was run. I for one do not believe in coincidences where auto repair is concerned. I find it highly suspect that you just charged us $640 to repair something that should have cost $250 (my husband's fault for not getting estimates), and now all of sudden there are other issues with the vehicle that weren't present before we brought our vehicle to you, prior to your "repair" work.

I know nothing about cars and am always afraid I will get taken advantage of. When I take my car in here I feel at ease. They take good care of me and give me fair reasonable prices. If anyone is like me I would highly suggest taking your car into this place.

Want to save some money on your next repair? After they hit you up with this h-u-g-e estimate, refuse the work. Talk on your cellphone for a few minutes. Go bacv and ask them what's the least you can get by with. Refuse again. Make another call. Hit THEM with a counter-propsal of 30% less than they quoted you. Business is down, they'd rather have a little something than a whole lot of nothing!

These guys didn't tighten the lugs on my rear tires after rotating them for me. This caused damage to the drums because they were so loose. Even worse, I went to their website and sent an email to tell them and never received a response or an apology. That's not good business.

They have been servicing my car for years. At one point, I got a quote from someone else that I needed a $900 repair, but when I took it to them for a second opinion it was something very minor and a lot less expensive. I appreciate their honesty.
