Just awful. Got one tire installed (it had a nail in it) on my Honda Fit. Two days later the Tire Pressure Monitoring System light came on. Took my car to Pep Boys because it was a Sunday and this particular Goodyear was closed. They used a reader that indicated that the tire pressure sensor on my new tire wasn't functioning and said that it had probably been damaged when the tire was replaced. I called Goodyear on Monday morning and told them what had happened and they blew me off and sort of insinuated that I was lying about the timing. I should have gone in person but simply didn't have the time and quite honestly could already tell it would be a dead end. I took my car to a Honda dealer and they discovered that the tire pressure sensor on that wheel had been broken off and taped onto the rim with electrical tape. Taped. To. The. Rim. Cost me $250 to get it replaced. I'll be calling a regional manager but it goes without saying that this shop is not trustworthy.

I use Goodyear out of immediate need/convenience. Car acting up, get check engine light. Dropped off at 7:45am Monday. Spoke to Ron around 12,it is a sensor. Will pickup after 6. Arrive and Rodney says not ready. Tell him, I need by Wednesday at 6. I have another car to till then. Tuesday, I hear form no one. I call, Rodney says that the sensor they put on was wrong and have put on correct one for $90.00 more. Pick up 6:20 Steve helps me. Ask about using a coupon from a different Goodyear Autocare, nearby.(Ricky the previous S.M. said he would honor it.) Steve starts mumbling about corporate or franchise locations. He can honor corporate stores. Does he bother to check? No! I pay and get in car to leave, trunk open light is on. I get out and trunk is open. It won't shut. Steve checks and the latch stuck. Why was someone in my trunk? Drive 2 minutes, car not ok. The idle is high, car accelerates quickly not pressing the gas. Return, Steve says let's check it. It's 6:45,close at 7. 7:15 I say keep it and that it has to be ready by 6 tomorrow. He says I will call in the am. No call. Check about 4:30. Rodney who say can't fix it and have removed all installed parts and put on old ones on. They will refund. Only thing they did right. I have wasted 3 full days with an extremely incompetent run store full of incompetent employees. Apparently, employees are new to store/company based on a conversation between Steve and another customer. A local mechanic would be better choice.

This Goodyear service center's location is very convenient for me. Unfortunately, it has never been convenient to go there. I mostly bring my car in for oil changes, but since the very first time I went in 2008,I ended up waiting for over an hour. It became so commonplace that that I started calling ahead of time to see if they were free. Usually I end up using their shop about 1 out of every 3 tries. I am not unhappy with their work. That has always been fine. I've just had enough. This afternoon, I called to see whether they were able to perform an oil change. An polite young gentlemen told me they were busy but that they would have time at 3PM. I promptly arrived at that time, 30 minutes passed and my vehicle was still sitting outside. I had errands to run and I couldn't wait any longer, especially if they hadn't even begun to work on the vehicle. I knocked on the door leading into the work area, as no one was at the counter, and explained to an older man that I had to leave. He didn't say say a word and just rudely handed me the greasy plastic sleeve that contained my paperwork and keys. I fished my keys out and left the rest on their counter. I understand schedules don't always work as planned, but a few simple words explaining the delay or an update would have been nice. The attitude was what lost my business for them. I will not be coming back.
