I purchased an oil change punch card for this business. On the card it states that Appointments Required for servicing. I called to make an appointment and was told that they don't make appointments and I would just need to show up before 10:00 am see if they had the time to change the oil. I show up at the place and they say that all the bays are full and can I leave my car for 2 hours to get the oil changed. I don't think so. My time is more valuable than theirs. Don't patronize this unethical business.

I have taken my Honda Fit to Gordy tire for the last 4/5 years, and I have been so pleased with their work. From the first time, when I thought I had a major car emergency, which turned out to be a rock in my wheel well (They did not charge me for removing the rock or anything else) to the last time, a couple of weeks ago, when I needed a refill of windshield wiper fluid, they have been great. My car is always ready when they say it will be, at the price I was quoted. I would not take my car anywhere else.

After calling around to several other tire shops I determined that Gordy Tire has some of the best prices on tires in Atlanta. Their price was only slightly higher than Costco. An amount I was happy to pay for friendly service. Also, you get free rotation for the life of the tire.

Took my tire there for a plug since I had purchased a warranty for it on what I thought would be my last trip to them. They didn't honor the warranty. Tried to sell my struts and shocks they had replaced less than a year ago. Rude, careless, poor customer service...never, never, never again. Horrible.

I had taken a tire to get patched recently based on the reviews here (which I now realize are quite a few years old), so I recommended the place to a friend whose tires blew on her way to work. We were the first customers to arrive, yet it took well over half an hour to just get one tire rubber on the wheel(not even on the car--we were going to take it back and put it on ourselves...overall we were there over 45 minutes). My friend had politely communicated that she was already quite late for work in hopes that they would be kind enough to try to make the process as efficient as possible. Yet when I went to check how much longer it would take (since it was taking so long) so that my friend could give her boss an accurate time frame, the person at the desk regarded me as an annoyance and made an extremely rude and sarcastic reply. I was really taken aback since I'd hardly had time to even say anything. Perhaps this individual is like this to all customers, but I could not help feeling that he would not have dared to say this to an older male customer. Needless to say, neither my friend nor I will be returning to this business as customer service is more important than saving a few dollars.

It was one of those days. It really sucks to come out of your office to go to lunch only to find a flat tire. I managed to get the donut on, and drive all over the place searching for a tire company that would not screw me over. I needed a pretty standard tire, truth be told, I needed three. The first three places I went, wanted to charge me between $220 and $300 bucks for three tires. That, of course, didn't cover labor, taxes, and the hidden fees they like to tack on when they encounter a female customer (you ladies know what I'm saying). After taking a 2 hour lunch break and still returning on that darn donut I had left the office with, I was losing patience. I searched Kudzu for tire shops nearby. My search turned up Gordy Tire Company. They knew I was in a hurry. Before I had even entered the office they had my car and were prepping it for tires. They didn't over charge me, and quoted me a 45 minute wait time which ended up being a cool fifteen minutes. They were friendly, and didn't criticize me for waiting too long to get my tires changed out (oops) they explained everything in detail, and their couches were super comfy. I had a great experience and recommend these guys whole heartedly.

I have been taking my car to Gordy since 1999. The guys at the shop are super friendly and answer all of your questions in detail. They also give good car advice and have great deals - you will definitely save money by going to Gordy. It is a very girl-friendly car shop too - they respect you and help you out. Don't let the title fool you - they do more than tires. They fix brakes, batteries, change your oil, check emissions and of course tires.

I have taken all of my family cars to them since I started working down the street from the in 2001. I even drive, when I'm at home (All the way in Tucker), all the way across town for a simple oil change. I trust them that much. They ahve never ripped me off or streered me wrong and will even tell you when they can't fix something!
