This was a must-see on our bucket list. So glad we toured Graceland. I think most people are big fans of Elvis and this is the place for you to go. I love that you can tour his house and get to see all of his memorabilia. They even have some of his cars and motorcycles on display. And across the street was his airplane which the kids really found cool. I think my favorite part was the shag carpet, made me laugh hysterically. Along with the one room with mirrors everywhere. True 70s decorum its finest. Everything I assumed was left just the way he left it. Was very cool seeing all of his or some of his costumes that he wore on stage. You were able to tour some of the outdoor Gardens as well which was very nice even though it was hot and humid we still enjoyed it. We were given fans to help with the heat . The cars were located outside the back of the house. Those are a must-see for husbands they were very cool. I think we will be returning with some family members that are Elvis fans. There is a cute little diner outside of Graceland that the kids enjoy as well, add that to your list must sees. But I tell you after leaving I really just wanted a peanut butter and banana sandwich.

As a tourist from Texas, we felt we had to visit Graceland when we were in Memphis. Graceland is definitely a snapshot of another time and place. The mansion is a bit tacky, but those were the times. It is interesting to see where and how he lived. To many in this city, he is STILL the King! I enjoyed the displays that explore his entire career. An interesting tour!
