Beware of this business! Women should totally avoid this place! When I told Kieran O'Brien today why I would never again do business with his shop he became sarcastic & augumentative. When I turned to leave he kept ranting & followed me through the shop toward the door. He continued his rant outside the office. I was parked at a distance & felt threatened by his behavior so I turned and told him in front of customers not to follow me. The big oversized owner of this shop actually told me he was calling the police on me because I had attacked him with the door. How silly is that? I am an elderly, disabled, gray-haired great grandmother & certainly did not attack this bully boy with the door. Go there at your own risk of harrassment.

My first visit to Gran Turismo was like going back in time- Back to a time where people actually care about the quality of their work; Back to a time where employees work as apprentices to learn a trade; Back to a time where employees are proud of what they do. I took my prize possession car in for four new tires, balancing, and alignment. Kieran, Jeff, and team were all great to work with. I stayed for the entire time the service was performed and learned more about my vehicle. The price ended up being even less than what Kieran quoted, as one of the wheels did not need balancing. How often have you heard of a Big Box tire retailer not charging for each wheel? I highly recommend Gran Turisimo East and will be bringing all of my vehicles back.

I have been going to Gran Turismo East for more than 20 years and brought all kinds of cars in, from a Porsche C4S to a Jeep Cherokee to an Acura RL, with the same superior results. I buy all of my tires and related services from these guys. They may be a tad more expensive (and only a tad), but you get what you pay for. Since it was closer, I went to Butler Tire once in the mid-2000's; and only once. These guys are the best.

I have used GTE for apx 40 years on Trucks, SUVs, Sports Cars,& Road Sedans, Both gas and diesels. They will tease me & I tease right back. I am a big boy and accept their teasing. I appreciate their work, abilities and Value. In my 40 years with GTS I used another dealer once and promptly lived to regret it. Even on another dealers tires they attempted to assist me. Frankly I'm a little shocked at some of the bad reviews on here. I've been going to these guys for years & they are fair, honest, and reliable. They don't charge you for work you don't need, all the techs are knowledgeable & friendly. They also go the extra mile. Kieran has gone to bat for me with an getting an extended warranty on my car honored & on another occasion saving us $$ from a crooked dealership who was trying to overcharge us. I was there today getting a set of tires & I saw a woman come in for an alignment and they took the car in the back, checked it out & told her it was fine....and charged her nothing. Do you think someplace like Kauffman tire would have been so honest? These guys do performance cars, but also show the same attention to detail with standard passenger cars. If you're serious about safety, performance, & a job well done Gran Turismo East is your place.

Shop is a dump, does terrible work, and extremely overpriced. Couldn't mount and balance a simple 20" wheel with low profile tire without damaging. Owner was a complete jerk and wouldnt compensate for damaged wheel. Do not waste your time.

I went to gran turismo through recommendation by an acquaintance. Employees were very courteous and helpful. Owner was rude and discourteous. When owner went out to look at my tire, I went out after him. He told me, " don't follow me." When I asked him what he thought about my tire, he insisted that I do not follow him. Then, he became very caustic, sarcastic, and refused to answer my question. He belittle my old jeep. When I asked him if "dry rot on my tire is dangerous," he did not answer my question and told me "I don't listen." I have never seen a service company which treats customer the way he treated me. It is his loss. It shall be his downfall.

First off everyone i know said they were great, and i'm a very picky driver i can feel almost everything in my car if its wrong! It was my first time there, first impression on the staff was ok, until i talked to the manager. I don't feel like they were people friendly, i didn't pay an overly high price (almost $300) for someone to talk down to me. Then that was fine i can get over that, but my car need a balance and align did not fix after done, and still second time (still pull and shake like crazy). I understand my tires have some part but, i felt like they didn't take good care me like they should as a client. I ended up just not going back for correction again, I went back to my guy and he flipped my tires and RE-balance my tires and now its driving great.

My car drives like it's supposed to now because of G.T. I got four new tires and some front end suspension parts and the best alignment my vehicle ever had. It took some time. It cost some money. The price was well worth the result. I feel safer. My car is quieter, smoother, straighter and faster. (But not faster than the posted speed limit. No. ;-D) My car is now the ultimate driving machine that it's supposed to be. Thanks guys. I'll never go anywhere else.

The guys at GTE have always done a good job with any wheel or tire work I've needed - never a scratched wheel or any of the other "typical" things that happen with other shops. I take my track car and street cars there, and they always get them set up properly. Highly recommended!

Again, thanks to Kiran and his staff @ Gran Turismo East, doing business with them is a great and hassle free experience, they are so fast and people friendly, and care about the safety of their customers. Gran Tursimo East Rocks!!!!

I have been taken, in years gone by, by all the so-called "experts" in Atlanta. Gran Turismo East has the only people that TRULY understand how to make sure that wheels and tires are/run ROUND and properly balanced. They do not stop at a "computer balance" and claim it is the best possible (which it certainly is not). They make sure it is truly correct. They can & regularly also do "on the car" dynamic balancing and can even shave tires to assure that they are perfectly round. In the past I NEVER got a perfect job from anyone else. I have been doing business with these people for 20 years now & I have never ever had anything less than a perfect job! Plus, they are really great at advising you what is best for YOU (not best $$ for them). I found that my tires last a lot longer when I buy them from Gran Turismo (because they run "round & true" and stay in balance). I will never ever think of going somewhere else.
