Grass Clips left an unsolicited estimate outlining the cost to cut, trim and blow our lawn. The price seemed reasonable and so we asked them to come out. They didn't show when they said they would, because they were too busy with other accounts, but eventually showed up to take care of our lawn. The second time we called them that season, they raised their rate $10 before agreeing to come out. The third time we called them, they said they would be out 3 times before never showing. By the time they returned our call-- a week later-- the lawn was out of control. They said they could come out the next day, but that it would cost an additional $25 ($35 above their estimate). By our experience it would appear that this company practices bait and switch. They do not stand up to their commitments. And, they benefit by delaying your visit, because by the time they get there they hope you'll pay anything to cut your overgrown lawn.

These folks remember their customers. They don't oversell their services and are quick to respond to requests for service. My yard has never looked better since they started caring for it.

Called 2 weeks in advance of service and scheduled an appointment. Day of service work was not done, no phone call. Excuse was a check wasn't left for payment, when it was. Customer Service? not in my book.

After 1 1/2 years of trying to find a reliable lawn care service, I finally found Grass Clips. They are FANTASTIC, relible, call you back, and come when promised. They are a full service lawn care company. Highly recommended.
