If I could give zero stars I would. I adopted a heartworm positive dog and had to work with this vet because of their partnership with the rescue group otherwise our first (of 7) visits would have been our only one. If you care at all about your pets, don't ever take them to this vet. They are awful, and I am enormously happy that I do not ever have to deal with forgetful doctors and assistants with attitudes again. I had to remind the doctor every time we went what he was supposed to be doing-- I was terrified (still am) that my dog did not receive all the necessary parts of heartworm treatment. I saw the other doctor today, and he spent a total of maybe 2 minutes (not consecutive) with me out of the hour we were there and was not helpful in anyway. I had to go hunt him down to find out why I was still sitting there, and the assistant rolled her eyes at me. The assistants there are so rude. No bedside manner or appreciation of their client's time whatsoever. Today was our last visit and I asked for copies of my dog's file-- turns out the first of our 7 visits was documented on the computer. None of the rest were. If it were a real doctors office, that would be malpractice. These people shouldn't be anywhere near your pets.

It pains me to see the bad reviews here. Our big Beau cat, a normally 20+ lb. indoor/outdoor cat had lost weight so drastically that we were scared he might die. We didn't notice it for a long time because he's not a lap cat. Dr. Tolliver pinpointed the cause right off the bat (hyperthyroidism) and after confirming with bloodwork put Beau on the right medicine. He's now gained a significant amount of weight back and his check-up is this weekend. Love Dr. Tolliver and his staff! They call when they say they will, and I really trust my cats with him and his staff!

I took my 1 year old dog here to get neutered and instead they killed him and did not seem to care. They said that one minute he was walking around and the next he was dead which makes me think that he was not being watched. Please go somewhere else

I LOVE coming to the vet, and probably always will. Half the time I see a red headed lady Vet who is THE best. The other Vet is good too, not very sociable, but good. PRICES ARE SO SO GREAT here, they really are, and they ALWAYS try to get you in, good with appointments. HOWEVER, the receptionist/front office lady(ies) can sometimes seem quite bothered/ unhappy/ short/ rude/cold/mad/snotty. THAT does kind of keep me being TOTALLY in love with this vet. But I will go there always.

I would never take my pets to this location again. The staff is sub standard regarding "bedside manner". The Dr. is simply put- mean. He was rough with my dog and made the entire experience with his office a nightmare. They are the most convenient to my home, but would drive 10 times the distance to avoid them.

I have been going to Dr. Tolliver for years. He is kind and thorough. My dog had a very bad ear infection and he called my house several times to check on his well being. I highly recommend them!

They helped me in a timely fashion and were polite, but there just wasn't any enthusiasm. I felt like the receptionist didn't really like her job, the vet tech was new and didn't really show any affection towards my dog, and the vet just came in and out in about two minutes. So they did their job, but I was not impressed.

This has been my dog and cats vet for 8 years . I shopped around for a vet and this was the third one I tried. I've found that they offer the best care for the money. I've been quite satisfied with their ability to get me in last minute if I've had a problem with one of my pets and the care has been wonderful.
