Pediatric's side never answers the phones. When Dr. Paschal cancels an appointment, the parents are not notified. Very unprofessional. My 4 year old had sedation and filling scheduled. It was canceled because mom gave him something to drink. Mom discussed with nurse that 10 am was too long not give him something to drink. Nurse discussed with Paschal. Paschal said would call parents to refer to another sedation dentist. $200 dollars had already been deposited. Parents discussed situation, decided that if the child can get 8 am appointment, then "no food/drink" would not be an issue. Mom tries to call week of March 13th (called Tuesday-Thursday (14-16), no answer on pediatric side. Left 3 messages, no return calls. Finally calls general side on Friday, March 17th. Nurse on general side schedules child for May 10, 8 am appointment. Mom calls pediatrics office today (May 4), no answer. Calls general office and asks nurse to confirm appointment for the 10th. Nurse sees that the appointment had been canceled last Thursday, April 27. Nobody calls mom or dad about this. Finally, Keisha from pediatrics side talks to mom. Informs her that Dr. Paschal canceled the appointment, stating that because Mom was "unwilling" to deny child food/drink, she will not be doing the sedation. Won't even see child for 8 am appointment. Mom talks to April, the office manager, who seems disinterested, phone gets cut off ...April does not bother to return the call.

I could not get billing to help me with my bill. Never returned phone calls. They billed me later for an additional $83.00 of which I paid in full the amount owed of over $630.00 for a crown. They were not educated in their billing and now expect me to pay them another $83.00 for their stupidity. Think twice before going, because they like to charge extra after you have had your dental corrections made.
