Dr. Majewski and his staff are very professional, friendly and informative. I love visiting the office because I am always treated with respect and receive the best of service, which is very affordable. I highly recommend Dr. Majewski's services.

What a terrible experience! If I could give LESS than one star, I would! I spent $199 on three sessions of Laser toenail fungus removal, and unfortunately, the GWAP only honored one session. When I attended my first session, the office assistant assured me that the first treatment had to be started before the coupon expired. However, when I tried to book the second treatment, they had changed their story, and my coupon was worthless. The staff - especially the female that answers and responds to phone calls might be the rudest girl I have ever talked to. She just talks on top of you - louder and faster - as you are trying to speak. I have NEVER been treated like this in a professional setting. I can't believe they are still in business. Must be all those Groupon coupons they collected, then never made good on

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear you weren't treated in the manner you saw fit. As medical professionals, we're trained to be precise, stick to the facts, and sometimes tell the blunt truth, but it's never our intention to be rude. We can assure you that your experience is not the standard, and we can assure you that the individual you reference in your review is no longer with our office. Additionally, we do honor coupons from Groupon and all three sessions, even if we have to adjust dates. Thus, your coupon is not worthless.
Because every patient matters, we're willing to make this right for you if you're willing to visit and speak with our office. We hope to hear from you soon.
Watch out for Dr Majewski, he steals from his patients, charging insurance for treatments already paid for. He is a total fraud, stay away from the office!

I apologize if our insurance policy wasn't properly explained to you. For non covered services, payment is due at time of service. As a courtesy, we can submit the bill to your insurance. If it's paid by the insurance, we always immediately reimburse the patient for his/her out of pocket expense. We understand that dealing with insurance companies can be frustrating. Please give us a call if you have any questions or items we can help you with. Further, I want to make this right - please call us to arrange a complimentary consultation and laser treatment. I purchased Toenail Laser Treatment certificates from buywithme.com for $99 as a "gift" for my husband and a friend. They enjoyed the doctor's visit - everyone was nice and considerate, but they said that the treatment took 3 minutes altogether and is was administered by a nurse/ assistant. Four months later - BOTH of them are disappointed - there is NO CHANGE at all. It is a waste of money! Just to make it worst they gave them a free card for the same Toenail Laser Treatment to give to a friend:((( I wasted $200 for a procedure that doesn't work and the doctor's office gives away as a freebee.

I am sorry that the results are not what you expected. Unfortunately, the treatment is never guaranteed, and often a program of care, which in part includes laser treatments, is necessary. I would like to offer a free consultation to discuss this further with you, and would hope you'd give me a second chance.
Watch out for the FREE offers, which are actually a scam! No service is FREE. They still had me pay a $30.00 co-pay, submitted the bill to my insurance, and then the insurance company notified me that of the $1107.35 submitted, insurance paid $254.11 and that I owed the provider $150.00. I, of course, called GWAP repeatedly, and kept getting referred to the Billing Dept, who them told me they'd check into it with the Dr., but never got back to me!!!!!!!!!
