Long Waits Posted by badservice12 on 12/12/2009 Shouldn t be a Greenberg Patient... Going to Greenberg? Hope you have all day to wait. I just had a 2 hr stay in the offic and only 15 minutes was with the dentist. Spent over an hour in the lobby before going back to wait in the exam room for another 30 minutes. After all that, when I voiced my concern and frustration I was told that I probably just shouldn t be a Greenberg patient. Imagine that, they have so many patients that they don t care about losing one and they don t care about making you wait. I m sure that translates into the top notch dental care we all hope to receive, right? Beware

I took my 5 year old son here. He has horrible teeth. The office was very large and seemed organized. We didn't have to wait long. my son had to have a tooth pulled and a crown put on a molar. He was in and out....no pain and no crying. They were very gentle with him. I would take him back here again!

I went to this dentist because it was convenient. Boy was that a mistake. I went in for an initial exam and was told I might need a filling or crown. Not a problem. Because I wanted to schedule a cleaning, I was told they would tell me then what I actually needed. At my cleaning, I was told NOTHING. Three days later, half of that tooth crunches out!! Nice place to look at, not so nice to actually depend on quality.
