I was arrested for Petty Theft and had my arraignment today. I want to extend my gratitude to Mr. Greg Hill. Although he never gave me a consultation or any advice personally, I read about 20 + different places where he recommended that other petty theft defendents take a NASP (or Tome Wilson Counsiling) shoplifting course and write an essay prior to going to court. I took his advice and it paid off! Not only in the obvious valuable benefit of having the knowledge and facts about shoplifting and tools to prevent it in the future, but on my arraignment I was offered 1 yr Diversion + 50 hours Community Service and based on what I presented, that was negotiated down to 1 yr Diversion + 25 hours community service. Not the ideal outcome, but I'll trade spending $75 on a 3-hour course in my own home for 25 hours of community service any day! So my thanks go out to him and I hope he continues to give valuable advice to those who really need it, because even someone besides the person asking the question might benefit. I'm happy with what I got, and thanks again, your advice saved me at least 25 hours of community service for a very simple preparation measure. H.J.

I called Greg Hill & Associates after finding out that there was a warrant for my arrest from a 2009 charge! Greg knew exactly what to do after I told him my story. The warrant was for a domestic violence charge that I never got arraigned for. He filed a Serna motion on my behalf and the motion was granted! The entire case was dismissed! Greg did such a great job he was aggressive and he worked really hard! Thank you Greg.

About four months ago, I was arrested for DUI and called Greg Hill & Associates from the jail. Greg answered the phone at 3:00 a.m. It was such a relief to talk to an attorney at that time. He drove down to the jail and demanded that I be released to Torrance Memorial for a blood test. So I was taken by the police over to the hospital. Greg also had me do the same field sobriety tests (touching my finger to my nose, walking heel to toe and turning around, and counting to thirty) and filmed me on his cell phone. He knew what he was doing. Even the cops wanted his business card because they were impressed. I was released on my own OR later in the morning. I ended up being charged with DUI. It turned out that having the blood done worked well because my BAC on the blood was 0.05 lower than my BAC on the breath, so the DA dropped the charges down to a dry reckless. Greg explained that because I was burping a lot (I have GERD), the breath alcohol reading might be higher than what my real BAC was and he was right. He said this was unusual. Bottom line: NO DUI!!! I want to tell everyone how thankful I am I called Greg Hill & Associates from the jail. His office staff - Elvira and Sandra - were always very nice, too. If I had gotten a DUI, I would have lost my company car and my job. I appreciated the sense of urgency and professionalism Greg had. The truth came out for me because he cared

Greg Hill & Associates handled my DUI. I had a 0.12 BAC and I failed the Field Sobriety Tests that the CHP gave me at the side of the road. Greg Hill was able to negotiate a plea wherein I pled to speeding. The DUI was dismissed and the speeding will not count as a prior DUI. I also do not have to install an ignition interlock device. I am very happy I hired this firm.
