Dr. Gross correctly diagnosed my problem, and followed up immediately in referring me on for treatment. I do not believe he used good judgment in referring me to a plastic surgeon With invasive facial surgery, a Head & Neck surgeon would have been in my best interest as they specialize in this field.

Dr. Gross was recommended by a friend. I went and had him look at a spot on my face which he quickly dismissed as Rosacea. I believed his diagnoses since he is supposed to be one of the best. My Estetician was giving me a facial and said I needed to get a second opinion, good thing I did I have just been diagnosed with Basal Cell Carcinoma. Had he taken the time he should have caught this. He's too busy to spend the time needed for a quality appointment.

I recently saw Dr. Gross about a strange mole. He took the time to fully examine me, answer all of my questions, and completely put me at ease. I was nervous about the biopsy, but he seemed to know exactly what he was doing and that experience really helped! Everything came back fine, but I will definitely be coming back to The Georgia Dermatology Center in the future for any skin needs I have!!

As the previous reviews say... My husband and I have seen him several times. We were not satisfied. My husband had sudden hard lumps come up on his back. We were told they were scars. Another came up so we went back. Again, we were told they were scars (no biopsy). Another year has gone by and one has sunken in and become scaley. I am now looking for another Dermatologist. Hopefully, this is not something serious that was dismissed for years.

I saw Dr. Gross about a wart which he removed and asked him about a spot on my wrist which he barely glanced at it and blurted out "Freckle" that was it. I said dont worry about it and he said nope.. It started changing colors and saw another Dermatologist and they couldn't believe he didn't send it for a biopsy. I got it removed and it wasn't malignant but still he didn't even care at all. Also he has his assistant do all the work while he sit's and writes stuff on your chart.. This Doctor is Dangerous, There are many other great Dermatologist's out there dont risk your body with Dr. Gross..

I completely agree with previous reviewer. Was referred to him for daughter's horrible rash by an infectious disease specialist for a biopsy. He acted like he was God and lectured me for researching on the net. Very disrespectful of myself, my daughter, my husband, and particularly disrespectful of the referring specialist. Pointed to the rash and gave his God-like diagnosis of Uticaria!! Did not want to perform the biopsy that we came in for! Complete and inappropriate anger and disregard for everyone! I had to insist that the biopsy be done all the while he attempted to make me (as a mom) feel like an idiot! This doctor is very dangerous. You might as well go to a psychic as far as I'm concerned. You'd have the equal chance of an accurate diagnosis (without being beaten down when you leave!) His nurse was quiet, yet had similar attitude that was expressed by rolling her eyes when I mentioned our referring doctor (which I respect.) Doctors may want to reconsider sending their patients to Gross. And yes, I can't help but acknowledge that his name is quite fitting! (I am ticked at this jerk.) Note. I never leave reviews, but thought everyone out there should know for their own safety!!

Saw Dr. Gross for first time today. Found him to be very good about explaining all procedures and addressing all my concerns. His staff were friendly and competent. Highly recommend.
