I brought in my daughter and doctor refused to see her because they said our insurance did not pay them the money , so we had to pay them right there and right then, if not the doctor will not see my daughter. The staffs treated me and my daughter like criminals and they were rude. I was so shocked because the bill was from a year ago and I did fax a copy of the insurance card . I followed up with a call and the billing department said it would not be a problem. I called the insurance after I paid and left the office . Insurance company told me that the doctor office did not get pay because they sent in the claim late and I am not responsible to pay. And I also been told that the charges should be $299 and not $399. So I got ripped off by this doctor office. I went back to the doctor office and Sarah told me that because the time when I brought in my daughter I left the insurance part blank (How can that be possible, I been there so many times before that) and I did not response to any of the phone calls so I had to pay for it and they cannot refund my money. Because of this experience you can be sure that I will never ever go back to this doctor office again and I will tell everyone that I know beware of this clinic.

I have been going to Dr. Guerreso for about 9 years now and would not think of using another family practice physician. He has a positive bedside manner and has always been sympathtic to my plight.
