Guild Quality provides my company real-time feedback from customers and all we do is provide their contact info.The comprehensive survey questions give valuable insight into my company's performance.
We have been a member of GuildQuality for many years and survey our clients both at the end of the design stage and at the end of the construction project. The responses we receive are invaluable for improving our customer service. The company also makes it easy to promote comments on our GQ profile page as well as on social media.
As a custom home builder Guild Quality has been become an integral part of our marketing. The reviews allow prospective customers to feel confident in the level of service they will receive. It also helps us get valuable feedback on areas that we need to work to improve.

Guild Quality has been excellent for our building company. We build more than 50 homes a year. The feedback we gain from the Customer Surveys helps us to identify our areas of weakness, as well as, strengths. Our Guild Quality contacts Rachel & Jess are absolutely awesome! Their customer service is excellent! It is an absolute pleasure to work with them! 5 Stars PLUS !!!

This is a great tool to measure how we are doing as a company and if needed address any problems right away. Our Department Heads receive all the Guild Quality on their phone and are prepared to talk about any problems or kudos for their team right away. This survey is structured to show you where the weakness is in your company. The platform is easy to use. I would recommend for any company that cares about their business to invest in it. 5/18/18

GuildQuality provides good all-round reviews that help us identify production and customer service challenges and opportunities for improvement. It allows customers a confidential communication tool to provide their honest opinions and any concerns if they should have any.

Guild Quality is definitely a program that I would recommend to any business! We have received a lot responses about our work, and it makes us a better company for the long-term. Because Guild Quality is done through a third party, we feel that we get a more honest response versus someone doing it from our company. We have used Guild Quality for years and we will continue to do so. Also, I would say that Guild Quality has an amazing follow-up system that takes the stress off of the business, because there are repeat reminders to the customer to get that feedback. Highly recommended to any small or large business to give your company the honest feedback to grow and change for the better!

Customer service is quick to say they are sorry when I contact them with a problem, but slow to resolve the matter; typically takes more than one phone call. Also, we learned the hard way to never give our customer's phone number to Guild Quality.

We strongly feel that having a third party review system has helped us to catch problems before they become issues. We have also learned how great a team we have with our employees and subcontractors. Most of our customers enjoy having the opportunity to give feedback.

Much of this problem is on me - because I hesitate to survey clients out of fear it will be bad and because I hate to bother them with stuff. Plus its one more thing I have to take care of implementing. And, often our jobs are not ready to be surveyed...we don't do that many projects.
