Went there for engine repair. Told them I was debating on trading in vs repairing. Quoted repair of $1200, so decided to repair. Check engine light was back on next day. They had only quoted replacing one coil. Another had gone bad. The guy LAUGHED and said he guessed they should have replaced them all. I did some research and Nissan has released a "White Paper" that says when you replace one coil, you should replace them all. Don't trust these people - PERIOD!!!

I leased a car from these people in 2003. I can live with paying too much, and I can get over the high-pressure tactics but what I can't appreciate is being blatantly lied to. When I was filling out the final paperwork for the lease. I asked the finance person about GAP insurance. He told me GAP insurance was included on all Nissan leases. I didn't have my checkbook with me so I had to go back to the dealership and pay the next day. When I went up their the next day the first finance guy wasn't there, but TJ was. He told me that GAP WASN'T included on Nissan leases. So he sold me what I thought was GAP insurance. When I got got home and looked over the paperwork, it turned out it was only Theft Guard which was basically a etching of the VIN number in the window. BTW no Vin etching was done. When I called TJ back, he told me that TheftGuard was a part of the GAP insurance. BS! I called finally called Nissan directly and was told that GAP WAS included in all their leases. I went to get my money back and TJ was no longer there. I finally got most of my money back, but only because the window etching was never done. GP Nissan tried to get me to have my window etched, but I told them no and I just wanted my money back. As I mentioned before this dealership is high pressure and they will try to rip you off. More importantly you will be lied to. I know im late, but this is the first well known site that I can write a review so more people won't be scammed.

When looking for the right price for a new car I was told the best way was to contact dealerships for online quotes. This is supposed to be a quick and easy way for you to shop for cars without driving around the whole metro Atlanta area. I contacted Gwinnett Place Nissan through their website link for an "Online Quote". Instead what I received was a generic email for me to come down to their dealership. For me this completely defeated the purpose of requesting an online quote. As well, the dealership started to email me several advertisments from their dealership. I was very disappointed with the services they offered.

I have recently purchase a new car at this dealership and it was soo easy. This was my first car purchase and have heard many horror stories about buying a car. However, it didn't take that long and the salesperson really helped by obtaing my "goal" payment.

I have 99 Altima that is in perfect condition and just wanted it detailed but these guys tried to hustle me into getting new tires, and my 90K mile inspection that I had done at 80K with THEM! Once I felt pressured, I told them nevermind and will never use their service again!

I wish I could give Negative Stars! We purchased our Pathfinder here in 2003. I was amazed as to how easy our deal was. Our two salesmen were wonderful. A very pleasant experience. Six(6) months later, we returned to buy a used car for my stepson. We were surprised to see neither of the two salesmen were still there, so we just dealt with another. I've NEVER been "In-Your-Face" lied to as I was at this dealership. In person and in writing(not contract - my bad!), they promised me a Drive-Out price on a used Nissan Sentra. Two hours later when I brought my stepson back in to see at the vehicle and we sat down to write a check, it was going to be over $1,800 more. Typical Used Car Sales, Bold Faced Liars! It turns out they had changed either ownership or General Managers in-between the 6 month visits and we were truly disgusted as to how we were treated. We walked out and will never give them any kind of business again!

I take my Nissan here to get it serviced when they have great deals on rates. Sometimes, they do oil changes for just $10. Also, once I took my car here for a 45,000 mile service and since it was on a weekday, they provided me with a rental car and even paid for it!
