Parts were $106. Labor was $345 for two hours of work. Wow. Service manager could only say that their prices are in line with other dealerships on the street. Of course, we call that collusion. The ONLY reason I went there is because my regular mechanic at a Chevy dealerships who is authorized to charge me the employee rate, did not have the current device reader because my car is to new. When I tell this to her, I got a blank stare. Never again will they get my business.

They sold me a certified 2009 Mustang Gt in 2011after three years the clear coat is fading on the entire car the sales people are horrible the only solution they have is well trade in your car i had bought a warranty that covered the paint and they will not value it they said that it could not be covered under the warranty because the car was sold with a bad paint job and that it was my fault for purchasing the car had a clean car fax its sad to see that a such a big dealer won't even care about what ford stands for you might as well buy a car at one of those cheap dealers because Gwinnett Place Ford is starting to seem like it the people who work here should be proud to work at a dealer that stands for what ford is and not some cheap sneaky dealership that will just sell you a car to make a cut on the sale. Before people would ask me where i got my car so they can see if they can go get a car now they ask me so they no where not to go no everyone now says nice car but what happen to the paint and all I can say is Gwinnett Place Ford sold me a cheap painted car since they will not do anything I hope that this review helps anyone not go to Gwinnett Place Ford for this $1500 paint job that they could have fixed I hope that people see this review and make Gwinnett Ford lose more then the price I have to pay to fix their fraudulent ways of selling cars.

I had a great and straight forward purchase experience with Gwinnett Place Ford. To further my quality experience the service department is outstanding. I have no complaints whatsoever.

If you are in an accident with your vehicle, learn the process. First: Understand the meaning of the word "Estimate". Look it up in the dictionary or Wikipedia. Anyone that writes an estimate for "hidden" damage that cannot be seen, is committing fraud! In any accident, there is almost always potential for hidden damage, thus the term "Estimate". Some shops will write unethical estimates and/or shortcut the repair process. A shop with integrity will always be professional and treat your vehicle in the same manner. Simply because you know nothing about the collision industry or the repair process, does not mean the shop knows nothing. If you want a discount repair, I can recommend several shops. Just remember. "You get what you pay for". As the Simms clothing chain use to say. "An INFORMED consumer is our best asset".

Went in for the estimate and appeared reasonable. Came back 2 days later for drop-off and another person claimed it was now $600 higher. In short, Jack doesn't know jack.

I bought Fords Transits. Was told they will add only $3500 package deal to the price but no sales. It was honest. Once we reviewed the car online, since none was in stock. Car promised: 2010, 3 dents, 50% front tires, new rear ones, windshield cracked, that is being repaired. Delivered in 2 days, since located in GA. All fluids changed. After a week with no calls or updates, called the guy who was mad saying that he doesn't cover that part and he also stated that he got screwed over on money from the deal, because another salesman stock his nose in. Once I signed the paper work, I asked them, what if the car comes in and I don't like it? I got a very bad laughter at me from both sales and financial manager saying:" you're not at the mall, once you sign it, you stuck with it, you shouldn't of sign the paperwork than." But 10 mins ago, they would push me into the deal, saying if I don't sign, they will lose the action. Two weeks later, picked up the car with lights on: one is tire pressure, the other is e-break. Car has more than 3 dents, specially the front grill is covered in scratches, car had a vinyl on it, and it looks like someone scraped it off with a blade. When got home, found almost zero antifreeze, oil was on low. I called the salesman right away, and he said that everything was suppose to be changed, but I should do another oil change after 1K miles. 2,5 weeks later paid $670 to replace all tires. READ FULL REVIEW IN THE ATTACHED IMAGE, ran out of space.

I brought my BMW here after reading several 5 star reviews promoting the facility and I wasn't disappointed! The quality of the work was fantastic and the staff was very professional! I did have to come back to have a bulb replaced, but that was a courtesy item which they happily handled while I waited. I highly recommend this body shop!

car shopping is never fun and I did not have fun at their used car lot, however I found the people on their new lot side to be much more helpful

I just got my 2000 BMW repaired after an unisured motorist side swiped my wife and 4 year old :( I went to pick up the car and I have to say that the repair was so good that it highlighted how old the rest of my car looked. The paint quality possibly surpassed the original BMW finish. But when I turned on the car the airconditioner stopped working. Remembering it is a 11 year old car I could easily believe something just broke between the time I dropped it off and picked it up, but thought maybe the body shop didn't re-connect something. The management team took control and with the help of their dealership fixed it. Turns out it was a relay. Once they discovered it was a part that broke they really didn't have to fix it. This group has proven they have high integrity. What a combination, great quality and customer service.

Had the rear bumper on my Mazda repainted after a slight accident. The car is pearl white which is very difficult to match but the guys at Gwinnett made it look like new. Their follow through during the process was beyond my expectations. It was pricy, but worth it.
