I was told to wait 20 minutes. After 10 minutes, I went to check and was told by Johanna to wait another 10. So I waited at least 15 minutes and then returned to the counter. Johanna said they're are in process of getting it ready. It was five minutes later before my prescription is ready for check-out. The staff don't appear to have large volumes of orders to fill, yet it took them 30 minutes to fill 1 cough medicine?!! I had an additional prescription for Claritin D or Allegra D, so I asked Johanna for the difference in price. She acknowledge there is but refused to go into specifics. So she ended up picking the Claritin brand (even though Allegra also have 24-hour relief but different quality of tablets). After completing the purchase, I discovered over the counter that Allegra is cheaper per tablet and per dosage. Should have checked it first 'cos one cannot trust Texas-style customer service in the form of Johanna. To add insult, they misspelled my name on my receipt! I gave them my health insurance card and Driver's ID - two forms of identification - and they still misspelled my name. Won't be coming back here.

We often are ready to voice our complaints, but I want to thank the staff at this pharmacy for all their patience and help after my surgery. They fully explained my meds and even found alternatives to help me save money. Ninety dollars!!! Thank you so much! MB
