The service was absolutely horrible. When I called to have them pick up my mower he said that he should get to it by the end of the week. I called him the following week to ask where things stood and he said that he hadn't looked at it and that it would be one to two weeks before he got to it. When I pointed out that he said he'd get to it by the end of the week he said that he would never say that because he hates having to deal with "these kinds of calls". He got very angry and confrontational on the phone, was not apologetic at all, and hung up on me. They may be a little cheaper than some of the other area lawn mower repair places, but the frustration and rudeness IS NOT WORTH IT. Find someone else and you'll be happy that you did.

Associate very rude when I inquired about having a lawn tool checked out that was under warranty. First told me I must have used the tool wrong, then reluctantly said they did warranty services on Weed Eater, then said it would be 6-8 weeks for it to be looked at. I told him that he wasn't being very helpful, and he then told me I shouldn't have bought such a cheap product and hung up. This company is an authorized warranty repair station for the Weed Eater product. I would not recommend Hagel's Lawnmower Service if this is the kind of customer service they provide.
