My daughters both have been going there since they both were infants my oldest daughter is now 20, and she hated that she had to discontinue the service because of her age and my youngest is now ll so add that up we've been going to them since 1989 til now service is very great and I can't speak any highly of the doctors they have seen all 3 including the PA she's good also so if you'ld like a great set of pediatrician here's the best group in Ga. and I live in Stn Mtn so I have to travel to see them but it's worth it

My family has been with this practice for 12 years. Staff is very professional and child friendly. No long waits. All appointments are usually same day or next day. And they except walk-ins. Although Dr. Hammad and Platner are very qualified (both have really good bedside manners). My family just LUUUUUUUUV Dr. Charles-May. Each visit is treated with the utmost attentiveness. Whether its shots,an unusual rash, sore throat, or even a bad scrapped knee; I always leave the office feeling relieved. Prescriptions are never a hassel. They usually give samples when available. And they also give good referrals.

I have used Dr. Hammad and Platner since 1995 when my grandson was born. Because of the great service I used them again in 2002 when my daughter was born. I never have to endure a long waiting time and I am always able to get an appointment on the same day if I call early. All of the staff is very attentive and friendly. I recommend this office to any person seeking a good pediatrician close to the downtown area.

Dr. Hammad is very qualified and kind to children and parents alike. The practice would get five stars if it weren't for the sometimes violent movies they show in the waiting room; scary and inappropriate for young children. Big plus: They have walk-ins every morning.

The doctors are very good. You have to pay for parking which is a negative and you have to walk across the street to do lab tests. The staff could use a little office training.
