I love the staff here and love that they always make room or work you in quickly. The business is family owned and it is obvious. The foot massages with hot stones are great!

This is the 2nd time I've had a terrible experience here. 1st time I had at least one nail tech who was good (Apple) when got a gel mani/pedi That time other nail tech, Cindy was just awful. A friend goes here (though she always makes an appt w Chi) and is happy with her nails. This time the color they chose in gel to match the off-white polish I brought in with m to use on my toes (OPI funny bunny) did NOT MATCH. Susie roughly filed my nails shorter and square after I asked to leave them alone. Didn't polish whole nail! Lazy! I'm hairstylist therefore know how to give manicure. When they file back/forth and not side to middle it is damaging your nails. They also use acrylic nail files on natural nails which is again damaging. Beyond everything they were both rude! Whenever I would make a request they would begin talking to one another in Vietnamese. I can't imagine treating a client this way. I asked the manicurist, Susie how long she had been in the US she said 5 years. It was like that viral YouTube video called nail salon by comedianne Angela Johnston. If you have ever experienced this less than gracious behavior in a nail salon watch this for a laugh. I'm not sure why the owner doesn't expect more etiquette from her employees. Pedicure by Lisa had uneven nails, some pointed, some square, uneven polish w some very sheer some opaque, lots of polish all over cuticle, a chip since didn't boher to put cotton between toes, lots of cuticle not removed, no cuticle oil. Avoid

I have been going to Hammond Nails for over six years now. Overall, their salon is clean and friendly. The color selection is great and the chairs are comfy. Price is average. If you go when it's busy you'll think, 'eh it's a nail salon', but if you go when it's NOT busy, you get a longer treatment that is very relaxing!

I recently moved to Sandy Springs and needed a local nail salon. A friend recommended this place and I went in for a pink & white. My technician was "Jian". After she finished, I could already see the white of my natural nail below the white she had applied. Upon closer inspection the filing job looked like a child's work and I had to file them myself to make them smooth. After a week I could see through my nail below the white. After 2 weeks, half of the nails are peeling off. I will never go to this place again. Or may be next time I should wait for Ken...

I recently relocated to the area - then found the review on Ken at Hammond Nails - and I just want to say that yes he is great! My nails are thin and shaped so well! I've already received a compliment and I just got them done today.

I love Hammond Nails! They have very friendly service and do a great job on nails and toes. I have tried many nail salons but by far Hammond is the best. They always try to make the customer feel comfortable and ensure that you get the best service possible.

I have been getting my nails done for over 10 years and I have tried numerous places trying to find the best person for Acrylic nails. Ken is by FAR the best person that has EVER done my nails! I always have people ask me where I get them done..they are thin, natural, and durable. Also, he has never cut me ever. Despite living further away from this store and that I go somewhere else for me pedicures...I would never consider going to anyone else for my nails.I have solar nails. They are reasonable and last 3 weeks before I need a fill-in. He is the BEST BEST BEST!!
