I would not recommend doing business with this company. I had to cancel my wedding and when I realized how much the hotel was going to charge me, I requested a discount of the cancellation fee. 50% even with almost 6 months notice. OK.. so .. the contract is the contract I get that. However, they agreed to request the discount, but never called me back with an answer, and when I tried to reach the sales manager I had been dealing with, she refused to reply to my multiple emails. It's probably a fine place if the stars align, but they won't take care of you or even be responsive if things go awry. Good customer service takes care of all of its customers, not just the easy ones.

Great service and a comfortable large room that has a sofa. Pool small but clean and felt great. Great location by highway and close to mall. Has continental breakfast. Will return.
