Being a new homeowner I had gotten in a bit over my head while redoing the bathroom under a dead line. I'm very handy myself and wouldn't normally call a service like this but I needed someone the very next day and they did have someone available to come out. All I needed was some duct work from the ceiling fan to the roof vent and an outlet moved about a foot. I also needed the drywall replaced and patched around the bathroom ceiling fan because the existing hole was too big for fan I had bought. I thought I had made this all very clear on the phone with the dispatcher. Well all they sent to me was an electrician who couldn't do dry wall. Actually he said "I could do it, but it won't look very good". Well I might as well do it myself then. So after punching three more fist sized holes in the wall (which were never patched up) to relocate the outlet, it was done. The duct work was satisfactory but he ended up cutting a bigger hole in the ceiling for fan, and I had to patch it up myself. I thought it was overpriced since he used my tools and materials. Needless to say I won't be calling them again

I've been using the Handyman Connection for several years. They show up on time EVERY time, they do an excellent, professional job, and they clean up after themselves. Not only that, but their pricing is competitive, and they honor their estimates. Everyone who needs a handyman should hire this company!!

I don't know what I would do without Mike Watt as my handyman. I've used other handymen in the past and had bad experiences. Mike is different. I can count on him to do a great job and he seems to be able to tackle any job I ask him to do and do it very well. I trust him so much after having him for nine years as my handyman that I feel perfectly fine leaving him alone in my home while I'm at work. Last month cut the legs down on a beautiful piece of furniture for me. It was a wooden dinette table that I wanted the legs shortened to be a coffee table. Mike Watt figured out a way to do it that preserved the details of the legs. It looks just beautiful. I was amazed. He puts some much thought and effort into every project he takes on. If you need a handyman, Mike Watt is your man.

We have called this service a couple of times. The first time they sent an electrician who did a great job, and a painter who also did a good job. But for one job there was a problem with the product the handyman brought and the boss was very unhelpful--hostile, in fact--and we got no satisfaction until we contacted the handyman himself. Will not call this service again.
