When I tried to schedule (which is very hard to do as you never speak to a human) She told me that she was booked for the next 3 months completely. She told me that she could put me on a cancelation list if I was "available at any time" who is available any time, I have a job, news flash. Rude, and looking to keep the groupon money with out providing the service.

I've been going to Sharon for massages for over 2 years. I used to go just 1-2x year for massages prior to that 'cause I believe it's a luxury but she has such great deals that I go once a month now. She gives a great massage, and I particularly like the bamboo sticks and hot stones. She listens to what I want or don't want, and is very courteous and accommodating. We had a problem with PayPal a few months ago and she was very patient in getting that resolved. I definitely recommend her!

I purchased a 60-min. massage for $35 on Groupon yesterday for this "business." This lady does not have a receptionist and we were playing phone tag just so that I could schedule an appt. When she called me back, I was told she couldn't book me until February (4 mos. away)! I was shocked. She became very rude and unprofessional when talking with me and as I said I'm disappointed she became very defensive which made me ask her if she is a legitimate business. She then went off on me, proving to me that I'd never want to be a client of hers. She has made me very skeptical of companies on Groupon. I'm so disappointed that I've shared my experience on facebook and I may be filing with the BBB.

In response to TheMrs2012, First please keep in mind when you read these postings from people these are few compared to the actual 1400+ coupon clients I have had the honor to serve. I do try to be professional, but, when I am verbally attacked I respond. And actually I thought my response was professional in advising you to contact the coupon company and seek a refund. The over 1400 people I have held sessions with, many have become regular clients because they appreciate that I am in a building that is clean, well maintained, where they feel comfortable and safe. They appreciate the deals I extend to my regular clients so they can come for sessions on a more regular basis, because their health needs it. I don't consider three calls to be phone tag. Harmony LMT is growing but it does take time for business growth. So, for the time being you might still have to leave a message, and you might have to wait a few hours for a call back, but you will be called back. I do realize that there are some who paid $35-45 for a massage session and nothing short of a miracle will satisfy them, I try but I am not a miracle worker. I'm just a well trained professional trying to grow her business. And Harmony is growing. Even though a few are not satisfied with not getting immediate appointments.
Very unprofessional. did not even introduce herself and wore a tank top and pants. The one hr massage did not start on time and ten ended 10 minutes early. Will not go back.

Let me start by expressing my genuine regret that your experience was not more to your satisfaction, I strive for that with all of my clients. That said let me say that personally I do not leave my clients sitting in the lobby unless they were late and have failed to ring my door bell to alert me that they finally arrived. If you are late, policy is that your appointment still ends at its original time. We use a timer to make sure we do NOT shorten a client's time. Now, to address what we wear. LOL. Ok this is a place for relaxation and the room is set up like a beach to help that idea. (We get raves from most about the atmosphere) When I first began in this profession I wore scrubs. Some of the clients I saw back then said those made them feel like they were in a doctor's office and they didn't promote relaxation, so, I did away with those and pretty much dress as I would if I were still living in Florida. I have been known to wear tank tops and because of the overall ambiance I will continue to wear relaxed clothing. Dress suits would not be relaxing for anyone. As far as introductions. In the lobby we do not promote conversations as there are two therapy rooms in direct contact with the lobby area. There are often clients receiving therapy when I greet people in the lobby so conversation is kept to a minimum until we are back in my massage room. I have found in my life experience that when we are so quick to judge others we often lose out on some of the greatest pleasures life has to offer. But, I also am learning from people who judge me, I always say this now to clients when I greet them. Hi, I'm Sharon are you (insert name)? Ok, come on back. But, I still whisper and I cut the conversation off at that point until we are where we won't disturb others who are receiving therapy. Thank you Missy for bringing that one valid point to my attention.

Address was finally changed. The 1615 S. Alex Road address is correct.
