We will never buy a single thing at Havertys again. After trying to get a faulty couch resolved they only wanted to do Band-Aids and now we've got a couch that looks awful after only a few months of use. After spending almost $2000 and you think you're going to get something of quality but it looks like something we bought at Walmart. Very disappointed in the way they handled this problem.

When you return an item, it takes 15 days and numerous phone calls to get the amount credited to the account. Customer care sucks. Called corporate office but it was of no avail.
